I have a 2011 Lexus RX350 and having a trunk pull-down motor problem for a while and had to open and close the truck manually. I finally decided to fix it, called several auto repair shops in my city, and found out they were not sure how to fix it. When I called 5 Star Auto Repair in Pomona, they explain to me there are several steps to diagnose the problem. 2 days ago, they replaced the ‘trunk pull down motor’ and now I can open and close the trunk with a push of a button. I really like their service and love price too. Highly recommend.

Completely dissatisfied with my visit with these people. The Asian guy is very rude I came to get a quote on what’s wrong with my AC. He told me could be one thing or another and couldn’t give me a direct answer yet he’s been here for years apparently.wanted to charge me an way over price for a part when I could get it way cheaper..he’s a SCAM because every person that walk in he told them that they would have to completely buy all new parts for there car. Not one good news at all for none of these people.Would not recommend anyone to come to this place especially if you pay them and they don’t wanna move forward with telling you what’s wrong with the car unless you stay with them. Smh

I can honestly say that I have found someone that I put my full trust inn when it comes to my car. Eduardo is one man of moral value. He helped to put hope in men again for me. God bless all he puts his hands to. He comes highly recommended by me. This is a rating for A- 1 smog repair on Philips in Pomona not 5 star auto repair.
