Never experienced getting anything mechanical done here but I know forsure to never come here for a Smog Check. Since June of last year, I've been coming to this place for a smog check to renew my registration. Each time I've gone here, they tell me my smog check is failing. To keep driving the car around. On top of that, they detach the plastic interior under my steering wheel to scan my car, but never attach it back. It ends up in the way of me pressing my brakes,so my bf always has to fix it when I see them. Recently I had my alternator and battery replaced and they still told me I stilled failed. It took a trip to the dmv, the dealership, and to 2 other shops for me to be told that my smog passed no problem. When I told the new shop that a previous shop kept telling me I failed, they asked "Was this shop on White and Holt?" Like YESSS. The man LAUGHED and said that most of his customers come from this locaton because they're always screwing people for their money. Long story short, DONT COME TO THIS PLACE FOR A SMOG CHECK

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET SCAMMED, COME HERE. I came here to get my catalytic converter changed and clutch bearing. The owner if the shop Nam quoted me a very high price. I asked if I could buy it myself and he said it would not pass smog and this is not true at all. I decided to not do business with him and came to collect my car. I wanted him ti quote me for the clutch bearing and he said he needed another $20 on top of the $80 I am paying to diagnose even though the original diagnostic test should have included this. Eventually he said he would do it with no extra charge after arguing. He said I had to tow my car because the car is smoking somehow so I had him show me. His well trained employees (probably being paid on commission) started up the car and there was no smoke even after a couple minutes of revving and turning on my headlights. I drove my car home with no problem and I am taking my business elsewhere. Nam is the owner and he should be retired by now but looks like he is trying to make a few extra bucks off people who know nothing about cars while he still can. DO NOT COME HERE NO MATTER WHAT

They have been taken care of my family and I. I am so extremely grateful that I have them because I have been able to get some of the best prices that I’ve ever got at a mechanic shop. The whole team has been really kind and I really believe that they really wanna do their best job. Personally, I have seen them be generous, and they’re repairing process doing things. I’ve never expected a shot to do and go above and beyond for very thankful. We’ve had so many things changed here from transmissions to bearings From general inspections, but every time it has been successful. Thanks so much Nam, Jesus, And your team!

I get my oil changed here for my Prius. Both time so far, it’s been very easy and quick. Each time I had an issue I asked them about. The first time, we couldn’t replicate the sound. The second time, they filled my tires and the warning light was still engaged. I asked for a recommendation for the replacement and they gave me one, but also said it’s not a necessary fix. I didn’t ever feel scammed.

Took my car last year to get a brake and lamp inspection for a rebuilt title. They made it very easy and affordable. Excellent service. I would recommend this place for all their services just from the customer service I experienced.

I've used this place for many years and 80% of the time everything was fine. I wouldn't trust them to do a major repair because I had a bad experience with them and paid $400 for nothing. But I was ok with minor repairs. The last time I brought them a car to replace the front pads and rotors, as well as the low beam bulbs. The guy who did this has no experience. At first he spent 1.5 hours changing the light bulb and only changed one, although I asked for both. But the worst thing was when he changed the brakes and I left. The next day, an incomprehensible noise began on uneven roads and at one point the noise intensified and strong vibration and impacts began on the bottom of the car. I immediately stopped by the nearest service center, since I was at work and had no time to waste. And what the technician showed me shocked me and him. The bolts were not tightened on both front wheels, not a single bolt. Moreover, during the ride one bolt managed to fly out and the whole wheel began to wobble. I drove so much on the highway and on roads, I was lucky that I didn’t get into an accident! Avoid this place, it could save your life!!!

Do not come here! Owner (Short asian man with glasses) is extremely rude and will try to weasel his way out of doing the work you paid him for. We came back because we weren't happy with the results of the work. He accused us of lying and claiming that we hadn't paid for our service even after showing him the receipt. He claims "it's not my signature on the receipt so you didn't pay". If we didn't pay then how were we allowed to leave with our vehicle? He will screw you over if you let him.

Gave me a fair diagnosis on my auto repair. Very nice people...let me park in their lot to go next door. New owners...new management...and that's a good thing. Old group wasn't so good.

Do not bring your car here. Due to Nam’s negligence, our car slipped from his lift on Bay 3, called us to explain what happened. Didn’t receive any apology but instead said “yeah your missing another part, it’s going to be an extra $100”. He completely dismissed the part where he damaged our car. Went to the shop to see the damages, we told him we were going through insurance and he went off. Told us how we’re going to be screwing him over if we claim insurance. Mind you, his worker told us how he has been telling Nam (owner) to fix the lift and he didn’t want too. He continuously told us he would pay only $3k for the damages, which the body shop quoted us $4,800. He said that’s too much money and to just get the parts from the junk yard lol because he would be losing out on money. Like what? On top of still paying him for the repair we went for. He did not compensate for anything even after telling us he would give us the repair for free. Once it came down to it, he said he needed payment and refused to give us our car keys. We got the cops involved, everything is such an inconvenience that shouldn’t have had happened form the beginning. PLEASE do not take your car here and save yourself the headache. At the end, he said the lift was only missing a bolt because he kept putting our car up there. If it was only a bolt, he should’ve fixed it from the beginning. He needs to retire or run better business practices.

They didn't pass my car light and brake inspection because of the license plate bulbs and uneaven tires wear, I understand the bulb light it was easily replaced but tires were still good and I told him the same thing but didn't care, one tire had 7/32 and the other 5/32 ! The Hispanic short guy is very rude!! I was talking to another customer and he said they failed his work truck because of the wipers and they wanted $70 to replace them and pass his truck pure robbery at this place if you can find a better place don't go here!!

This is the second time I've been mislead over the phone by Ng, the owner. Firstly, the middle of last spring 2025, I went to him to get my windows tinted. He quoted $100 and changed to $200 only for the front windshield. Of course I left, secondly, this December the 1 2025 he pulled the same unprofessional bull mess by quoting one price, $220 for a front windshield replacement; only to change to $300 once I got to his shop. He got profusely hostile with me once I brought up his repeated unprofessional fluctuations in price.Just a warning to be very careful doing business at this location. Post your experience.

Nam is great. I needed a front windshield replacement on my Tundra. I received a very high quote from Safelite. I went to Nam he quoted me 1/3 of Thier price. He got the job done and for the price he quoted me. I have been coming here for my smog checks . He did a great job on my Tundra.
