This place really took care of me, 3 different auto repair facilities refused to even work on my car. This fixed my car same day, and on a Saturday! Thnak you very much, fixed multiple issues, including both electrical and mechanical. Life Saver! I really needed the car fixed.

Do NOT use this bootleg shop. Total ripoff with horrible customer service. They show no concern for their customers. My credit card was fraudulently used at this establishment and when I inquired about it, they were very rude. They refused to even take the time to hear me out let alone research or offer an apology, saying that "we charge over 6k in transactions per day and don't have time to worry about who's card it is" REALLY??? These guys are crooks and do not deserve your business.

People I cannot stress this enough be careful this guy has had my car for 5 months cost me so much money on Uber rides I went in for a engine swap told me the car was ready picked up and the car was reving up and down on its owe took it back 2 days later tells me to pick up I pick up 5 mins later radiator blows and a flat tire good it back and tells me I need a new transmission too I take him a transmission and I still have not gotten. My car back ignores my phone calls

Beware!!!!!!Took my car in because the was an obvious issue with the transmission of Toyota Camry Chuck diagnosed the issue to be a throttle body sensor, and not the transmission. So I had them replace the sensor said they call me when work is done. Chuck never calls back I always end up having to call them. Pick up the car same issue and had to return the car back to him three times man. And after the third time he say it’s an issue with the transmission. Spent a lot of money on work that didn’t or probably didn’t even get done. Don’t take your car to this place. They are either crooks or incompetent.

Mechanics are always a very touchy and personal topic, especially when it comes to giving recommendations and putting your name and rep on the line. It's really hard to find a good one as far as quality of work, pricing and availability. I've been extremely lucky to have found and been using these mechanics for YEARS! I've had a ton of work done on several of my cars, ranging from minor work or upgrades to major engine replacements. I would honestly give these guys 5-stars except for a few minor things to be aware of. Their communication is decent but they are quite busy so you may not receive consistent updates or courtesy calls. Meaning, your car can become ready 30 minutes before closing and you may only be notified right at that moment instead receiving a call ahead of time so you can make arrangements and be prepared to get your car in time. This isnt a major issue for me, but it would be nice and help to merit a 5-star rating. Another thing to be aware of is their slightly limited experience with other systems in your car. They mainly handle mechanical issues with your engine. They can and will work on some electrical issues but arent specialists in this area by any means. This also applies for air conditioning problems. They will definitely do their best to diagnose and resolve your issues in these other areas but it's not their strength. If you believe your issue may be in these types of areas, that your issue isnt straightforward and may be somewhat complex, i would recommend you consider going to more of a specialist. Otherwise it may take a little longer for these guys to find the root cause and may ultimately end up costing a little more with trial and error attempts to resolve your issue. Thus, my 4-star rating. But when it comes to straight up engine and mechanical issues, these guys are top notch! Their facilities may not be appear to be overly fancy or dealership presentation level but they are indeed true professionals. Their extremely fair and honest. If youre looking for a quality mechanic you can trust, with quality work, and fair pricing then look no further! Ask for Chuck and tell him Chrysler 300 Matthew sent you, he'll get the joke and reference 😉!

I got my car serviced here because this was the only place “liberty motors” in Montclair would take my car for service. They rebuilt my engine and replaced the timing belt. When I got my car back there was a dent in the driver door, when I confronted them about it they denied everything and were very rude and cutting me off when I try to explain what I found. This was a year ago This year I took my car to another mech for because the water pump went out, they told me that the timing belt was old and needed to be replaced, which didn’t make sense because I bought a new timing belt from dealer and gave it to them to install. The new mech also said that the engine was a junkyard engine which is why the water pump was bad now it’s going to cost me $1500 to fix The customer service was terrible and they don’t listen to what you are telling them I wouldn’t recomend this place to anyone especially if your under a warrantee

Took my car here for just a diagnostic. Guy "fixed" my car without notifying me. (Any GOOD mechanic will notify you before working on your car) To make it even worse he didn't even fix my problem. Turned out it was a ripped breather joint. Wasted $175 dollars.

2nd time I go for a simple repair.. prices are honest n fair.. the owner is very bluntly honest and will go as far to show the part that broke. If I could tell AAA to ads them to their list of approved techs, I would. I met his wife and is very pleasant and cares for her husband. I'd say give em a try and won't regret at all.

I was referred to this shop and I couldn't be happier. My alternator died and I got towed in around 1pm. He had my car fixed up by 4pm and the pricing was excellent. Update: I've taken my car here 2 times now for big repairs that would have been completely over charged by other shops. He not only fixed my engine at an excellent price, but the work has been 100% reliable and trouble free. Couldn't be happier. HIGHLY recommend.

The owner Chuck is amazing he knows what he's doing and has never let me down. I'm telling everyone right now this is the most amazing mechanic that I've ever come across he's honest and has helped many of my friends in the past years. Again simply amazing!! Okay here I am again this is my second post! You need to bring your car to this man! His mechanics are amazing they know what the heck they're doing they never disappoint I love sadly to take my car to this place because I don't want it to break down but when it does these are the ones to bring your car to! Better than taking it to the dealership I'm telling you right now amazing!
