I no longer want to do service there, they charge me almost $90.00 just for an oil change and oil filter, and when it's time to pay them they never bother to look at you and make any comment about my vehicle, and I been taking my vehicle for years, but not anymore, I'm going to the dealer, they charge cheaper, so good bye Hocks Japanese😠🫤

Who's taken their car in with no Crack in the radiator, to pick it up with a pretty noticeable Crack leaking coolant? How does that go unoticed? I ended up $1000 for (2 belts, new hoses, and a radiator.) for a new radiator when it was possibly the water pump this whole time. Dropped the car off Tuesday.. spoke with James today, told him I understand that he has other cars, I'd like to know when she might be ready ( mind you since Tuesday he said he was going to work on it) It went from Saturday to tomorrow around 4. I'm understanding to being patient, but 4 days for a water pump, when I could have went to auto zone, picked one up and taken it to him.
