I was looking for a mechanic I could call mine and I found him, Mohammad! He's honest, fast and reasonably priced. I was in need of a minor break job, took my car in yesterday @ 4pm and he had it done in an hour, no appointment was needed. He's been servicing my car for the last year and I am confident there is no one better. Now when someone asks me if I know a good mechanic, I will recommend Purrfect Auto because they are great!

We just moved here from the East coast and my car needed front wheel alignment after a long long drive. One day I got a discount coupon from this shop in the mail for alignment and I thought I'd give a try. So I did and Mr. Muhammad the manager took care of me like I was a long time friend and customer. That makes me feel happy because I found a repair shop that cares about you not just your money. I mean I have been to many many car repair shops and not happy either with the work they did or with the staff. Two weeks later I had to bring my car back to him for another issue and he checked it for me and told me what the problem was. When I came to pick the car up and I was about to pay him for finding out or diagnosed the problem he said no charge. That was a big surprise to me. No other shops have ever diagnosed my car for free, this guy did. So I think I've found a trust worthy car repair shop that is Purrfect car care in Pomona.

I initially came in for an oil change and they discovered some problems with my car. Of course I was worried but they showed me what was wrong and what could be done and made the whole process very easy!! The prices are better than any place I've been to. Mohammed and his staff are honest and patient. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here for your car needs. 10/10

First of all I feel very uncomfortable talking to and interacting with Muhammad, he is a liar and rude. He yells at customers and doesn’t listen them. He thinks he knows best but he doesn’t. I was having trouble starting my car across the street so a asked for help. One mechanic was kind enough to check it out for me and he diagnosed it as having a bad fuel pump. I got the car across the street with no help from them. They said they would fix it and I sadly believed them. They kept it for 2 days and charged me a lot of money. When I got the car back it only worked for 2 days when it started to stall again. When they replaced the fuel pump they didn’t do it right so they messed up my fuel gauge. Over 2 months I took it back to get it fixed 3 times and each time they didn’t fix it. They kept saying there was nothing wrong and they ignored me. Even when the check engine light came on they simply erased the code and said it was fixed. When I ran out of gas while driving because I had no idea how much gas I had, I went back one time. The check engine light turned on again. Muhammad was rude to me again and he didn’t listen. Thankfully there was a new person working there and he was perfect. He is friendly and he listened me and he helped fix my car within an hour. I did not get his name but he was wonderfully nice and soft spoken, unlike Muhammad. I’m still going to make sure my fuel gauge actually works, hopefully it does because I don’t want to have to go back. Update… It’s been 3weeks since i last took it to them and they didn’t fix ANYTHING!!!! I reported them to BAR and was able to get a partial refund. This place is scam. Please save your money and try some place else. I still don’t recommend anyone going there but if you have to, make sure you talk to anyone else but Muhammad. Muhammad is a bad person.

Muhammad and his staff are absolute professionals. I told them I was offered a lower price somewhere else and he kindly matched it. He assured me that he wouldn't cut corners in servicing my car and he sure did as promised. They rotated my tires and gave me the extra oil that my Acura MDX required (synthetic oil) too! They topped all my fluids and got me out the door in a timely manner. What a terrific fine!!! Come check them out people. You'll get excellent service at an excellent price. I will be back for sure!! 👍

I highly encourage you to bring your car to Purrfect auto. The service is great and Muhammed is an amazing person. He is fair and reasonable. I have brought my car to be serviced here for over 10 years. Great customer service and he has a great team of mechanics with him. I highly recommend Purrfect auto service. Great awesome. He is very friendly and respectful to his customers and employees and excellent customer service.

Hello, I just got my brakes done at this establishment, on the way home I seen this new scratch that I know didn’t happen before I left it with the Manager. I Called Muhammad and told him what happened, he told me to bring the car back, I did! He denied anything and told me I was wrong and it couldn’t happen there. I take good care of my car, I watch where I park the whole nine yards. Now I’m stuck with the bill to fix this. Very disappointed! Have a nice day everyone.

All the bad reviews here are real, unfortunately I found out the hard way. I left my car there for repairs with a full tank of gas and got it back with half a tank gone. The owner claims to be a man of God so i guess God told him to rob me. No apologies only excuses. Biggest mistake you'll make is giving this place the benefit of the doubt. If you value your money and honesty than go somewhere else.
