Horrible service at this location. Got my car inspected. I had all the proper docs and my car is completely legal so I wasn't worried. I was just appalled at the rudeness and attitude of the employee handling my inspection. No call for it. This is not the way to do things especially for a small business in lafayette. I will not be returning or recommending this location for anything. Owner should tell employees kindness and politeness goes a long way!

Would not go here again. Went to get cat inspected. Had wrong insurance card, but lazy people couldn't take the time to call or let me call to let them see k had current insirance. Even the police just call if your insurance card says expired. Very rude. Should have known better. When last year and expected me to wait over an hour for my car to be expected. Would NOT recommend. Went someplace else, allowed me to just get it e-mailed to me and showed it to guy. Wow. Just wow.

Got there 30-40 minutes before closing to get my vehicle inspected. They took the person in line after me first, then as they were telling me they couldn’t give me an inspection as they were closing, I was accused of lying about getting there before the other guy. Waited 30-40 minutes just to be disrespected. Only leaving 2 stars because I’ve had DECENT service there before. Spend your money somewhere else, you’ll probably have a shorter wait anyways.
