Nothing Christian about these guys!!! See attached quote. Quoted $400 each for 2 heater hoses that I can buy for $50 each anywhere ($100 each on some sites). Their reasoning was that “they have to mark-up parts to stay in business”….Add the $236 pressure test fee and they want just under $1800 to replace 2 heater hoses on a Buick Enclave! $455 for labor and $800 for the cheap hoses Christian Brothers Flower Mound

Doing business the way it should be. I actually enjoy having to get my car repaired when I get a chance to go see my friends at Christian Brothers and Lewisville. They really make you feel special and take good care of you. The only thing missing would be pastries or bagels to go along with the coffee. It’s also gratifying to see an open Bible on their shelf. They answer to a higher authority.

The team at CBA in Flower Mound was fantastic in the service provided to me today. I went in for an alignment, and from the intake , through out the service to returning the vehicle, I found the team to responsive and attentive to my needs. The communication was stellar, and the fact that there’s a complimentary shuttle was an added perk. I plan to go back for my future vehicle needs. Great customer service all round!

I am really happy I switched from the dealer to CBA. I was told by a Porsche mechanic that my brake pads all needed replacement. I brought my vehicle to Christian Brothers to replace the brake pads (and save some money!). They did a thorough inspection of the brakes and told me to hold off for another year or two… No need to change them yet. I was willing to pay and they were so honest they told me it wasn’t necessary! This is so unheard of… And I am so impressed!!! I will always take my vehicles here in the future. Good people with great work ethic and totally honest. It’s so refreshing to see.

It’s never fun to deal with car problems, but Christian Brothers Flower Mound definitely made the process a bit easier. Every person I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. They took time to explain what was happening with my car and provided a thorough inspection report as well. The shuttle service provided was extremely convenient as well.

We’ve been bringing our cars here for years and wouldn’t take them anywhere else! Everyone we have worked with is honest with us about work that needs to be done and friendly. When my husband’s car broke down and we were forced to have it repaired elsewhere (due only to location of the break down), we brought it here after to ensure everything was done correctly. The staff was extremely friendly, and we appreciated the complimentary multi-point inspection of our vehicle. However, we were disappointed when we picked up the vehicle, that no work was performed, and no prior communication was given that the work would not proceed. We were later told this was due to concerns about wear on the tire wheel ball, yet the inspection report listed replacement as recommended, not mandatory. Clearer communication upfront would have made a big difference in this experience, especially when coordinating schedules between three kids and my husband.

Stopped by needing a front headlight check. Rapid blinking indicating need for replacement. The staff was very professional and courteous. Offered to take a look at my suv headlight while I waited in their very nice and calming lobby space. After a quick check, they advised me my headlight had been replaced. I grabbed my wallet and asked what the total was, to whit they told me it was free of charge. I was stunned. Had no expectation to not be charged, but yet another reason why our family and friends continue to bring our vehicles to Christian Brothers automotive in flower mound. This is the only place I will take my car to for repairs! They really go above and beyond with Customer Service!! I am a single, female and I can tell you they are very honest and will go out of their way for you. Special shoutout to Carol she took me all around town and just a sweet and kind person. Also, Jerry was great about staying in touch with me and communicating the status of repairs. He really went out of his way to find my parts and as affordable as possible. They treat you like family. Took my car here when I was experiencing some leaks and they were able to get me in right away and even took me home! Sent me a message with detailed descriptions and pictures of the issues it’s nice being able to SEE what’s wrong and I was able to call and approve what work I wanted done. It’s nice having that freedom. My car was all fixed up and I was able to pick it up the next day! This was so convenient and everyone is so kind and helpful even if you don’t know much about cars like myself they will answer all your questions you may have. Good honest work by good honest people. I will be back!

I was recommended to them by my mom with high praises and I was blown away by how amazing their services are. It all started with scheduling for an appointment which I did over their website. The website was easily navigated and I had no issue with scheduling my appointment at all. Staff were very friendly, and are wonderful at letting you know what’s going on. They have a nice seating area for those who opted to wait for their car. I saw that they also have a shuttle service available if you’d like to be dropped off elsewhere. What really blew my mind is how up to date their report system is. When my car’s inspection was done, I was sent a report to my phone with a link so I can see how everything looks. In the report, they take photos of each parts that they did the inspection on, as well as a small client education videos to see what that specific part does. If there’s a service that they recommend, of course you get a photo of the concerned part of your car, a brief video of what that part does, as well as an estimate of the recommended services. I just love to have visual of what is recommended and how much they’d cost. You can approve everything over the phone, which is exactly my cup of tea. Check out process was easy and everything was explained on when the next services would be due. All in all, I highly recommend this place to have your cars taken care of. As far as the costs go, I think it’s a great cost. But then again, I’m just a girl and I don’t really know cost comparisons 🤷🏻♀️
