Often up charge and won’t explain in plain language what needs to be done and why. They just read the report to you. We went in recently and were quoted over $4,000 and decided to take it to the dealership instead and found out there was a safety recall on the parts and the maintenance should be free. Very frustrated and feel taken advantage of.

Christian Brothers in Frisco West 8110 FM423 are horrible , they repaired coolant leak 3 weeks back and charged over 2K and they said if same issue happens they will take care and after 2 weeks again same issue with coolant leak and they again charged for the same work. Such a horrible experience. Despite telling them that it was repaired just 2 weeks back by them they had the courage to ask for money again. can’t keep even their own words and honor their work. No work ethics or customer service. Will be reporting them. Will never ever go back to that place. Horrible experience.

My rear view mirror broke after a long trip from Amarillo Texas to Frisco. My daughter called Christian Brothers Automotive on 8110 FM 423 and they got me right in. The people there were so nice and professional. Such a caring place full of great people. My car had to stay overnight and when I picked it up the next morning my car was fixed, it was totally cleaned inside and out, and the people were so nice to me and made sure I was assured my car would be fine when I traveled back to Amarillo! I call that excellent customer service! The best part was knowing their Faith in God and Loving their neighbor ( in my case someone they didn’t know but but took care of me as a long time friend) Thank You All for taking such great care of me!

I really had an amazing experience. They really lived up to their pledge to treat you as they would like to be treated, like true Christians❤️. I’m very visibly Muslim and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in every step of the experience. It was a very hot day and I had 4 young kids with me. They invited us in, gave us all cold water, and told us to make ourselves comfortable. They were so quick and I was just a walk in, not an appointment. I told them I just needed a signal light changed and am traveling from out of state. They were so kind and then when I asked how much I owe, they said nothing!! They refused to charge me even after I insisted. I also got to see how they treated other customers as I waited for my van to be done. Each one with kindness and generosity. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an honest mechanic and not someone who will swindle you.

$179.99 for an OBD2 scan! Ridiculous! Plus $14.40 for shop supplies. What supplies!? $194.39 for a single code. They said I need a new transmission. They didn't bother to look under the car to see the transmission had already been replaced and is new. Turns out it needed a new solenoid. Stay away from this place!

I went in for a simple wheel alignment and agreed to their courtesy inspection. After the inspection, they came back with a list of “recommended repairs” totaling over $10,000, which immediately raised red flags. I declined all of it and only got the alignment done. When I got home, I popped the hood and noticed several engine cover clips were missing — something that was definitely intact before the visit. I went back to have it addressed, and they replaced the missing Toyota clips with cheap knockoff clips instead of genuine parts. When I called to confront them about it, they denied any responsibility for the damage. They have no credibility, and I wouldn’t trust them if they can’t even be bothered to return the car in the same shape it was brought in. Between the outrageous upsell attempt and the careless handling of my vehicle, this place has completely lost my trust. I won’t be returning and strongly recommend others to look elsewhere for honest, professional service.

I visited CBA off 423 in West Frisco for an oil change and the service was outstanding. I called ahead, and Clint explained they were very busy and even suggested coming the next day so I wouldn’t have a long wait. When I told him I couldn’t, he immediately found a way to work me in today. When I arrived, Tristan was walking out toward the parking lot but made a point to hurry back, greet me, and hold the door open. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and attentive. DJ was my service tech and did an exceptional job. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. As a woman, it meant a lot that he treated my questions with patience and professionalism instead of rushing through. The team offered bottled water to everyone waiting, and the communication with all customers was great. It’s rare to find customer service at this level anymore. I’d hate to say I hope I have to return soon, but if I ever need anything, this is exactly where I’ll go. Happy Holidays to the entire team — thank you for such a great experience.
