Wow, what a refreshing experience. My car had the dreaded check engine light pop on. I was recommended by a previous mechanic to check out Christian Brothers. All around great service. They fully explained the diagnostic of my vehicle with pictures and video--very helpful. They also had a courtesy shuttle that took me to and from my house so I didn't need to worry about the additional expense of an Uber. Definitely great value for the price paid. I'm really happy that I found my new mechanic! Thanks for the ride Dave! -Alex

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! Amazing customer service! This was a very stress free process. They assisted me with rides via their shuttle service (Dave the driver is so kind and professional) they even helped me with a rental car while my car was being serviced. Prices were reasonable as well. Great communication from Jake throughout the process. Wonderful people all around!

I brought my car in because it was making a noise. The mechanic was unable to recreate the noise and sent me a report of 7 different things to fix based on the cars age not its condition. And they made me pay for this report. Never addressed my concern, never found the noise. Assumed I’m a woman and don’t know what ball joints are when I suggested testing them. Instead they said I need struts…whole thing felt like a scam and I wouldn’t be surprised if this location gets negative reviews more often. They don’t listen to the customer. I asked them to air my tires while I was there-nope they just put it in the report. Ball joints still broken. TPS monitor still on went across the street to fill my 25psi tire up but paid mechanic to remind me 🙄

I normally don't write reviews but I'm going to write one today for Christian Brothers....I will NEVER go to a dealership again because I know Christian Brothers will provide the same service and same quality as any dealership! The only difference you will get is that both dealership and Christian Brothers will go through the same 30+ inspection/diagnostic and the dealership will always find at least 20+ things wrong vs Christian Brothers will be truthful and tell you what needs attention and what can wait... I'm a BMW owner and every time I go to the dealership they want a minimum $3000! I did my research and learned that Christian Brothers is a certified BMW repair specialist which means they can service your BMW without the nasty $250-$300 per hour labor cost and they are actually TRUTHFUL about what is actually needed! Jake, Trevor and Dave were amazing (even provided shuttle service to bring me back to my home)! I spoke with Trevor during my service which he was so helpful but when i went to recieve my car, Dave was there driving my car up to me just to top off the great service I had already received and continued to have the biggest smile in his face! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Absolute lifesavers! Communication was excellent, I felt no pressure on paying for services that they recommended but didn’t want. I got my oil changed, and my front and rear brakes and rotors replaced, all this was done within the same day. I can’t thank them enough! I will definitely be a forever customer.

My family and I have had are cars serviced by Christian Brothers for years. This was my first visit to this location and I'm sad to say this was my worst experience with the brand. My service was poorly coordinated and communication with the shop was spotty at best. The vehicle was dropped off first thing at open until 20 mins before close when I was "offered" a ride. It was clear that this offer was insincere as it came late and so close to close. additionally the shop was already aware that I had made arrangements but lets be performitive I guess. A poor attempt to curry favor after I called them out for charging me twice for supplies. It is standard for oil changes to come with 5qts of oil but when I brought it up I was steamrolled. Its cheaper to get an oil change done litterally anywhere else.... I'm paying for service. Which fell flat as they swindled me; overcharging me for my oil change, which took the entire day Ill add, and tried to upsell services they have a record of being performed and was brought to their attention at drop off.
