On 07-15-2020 Julio's replaced the water pump and timing belt on my car. The car was subsequently driven to Oregon and continued losing water (the original problem). Once in Oregon the car was taken to a dealership and I insisted the water pump was SOLID as it was just replaced; therefore, the head gasket was suspected as causing the water loss; it was replaced and the radiator was replaced too as it was damaged due to overheating from Colorado - Oregon. The car continued to lose water so I took it back to the dealership and they said the "water pump was bad" so it was replace yet AGAIN. Essentially, I spent a lot of money to discover it was the water pump all along (the original repair was the issue). AND the radiator was damaged as a result of said ill repair. So I'm about $1,700 into what should have been a $400 to $500 repair. I'm not looking for the $1,200 in other expenses, or lose of time and effort; although I should be. I have called their shop several times to ask for a refund of the original repair but the phone is never answered. Shocking!

They are the cheapest and best mechanics in the metro area. I've had multiple vehicles fixed on multiple occasions and every single time the car comes back repaired perfectly and for less than anybody else. They have done several repairs for less then they're own quote! The only complaint I have at all is they are very bad at answering the phone, but if you're persistent and call often you'll be very happy with the results.

I was over 10 bucks short and Julio told me not to worry about it, then proceeded to replace my starter and gave me my car. They even offered to give me a lift to a nearby restaurant while I was waiting. Went back the next day for an oil change and gave'em what I owed on top. Very good people... very good work.

I have gotten work done to my at Julio's a few different times. They pay attention to diagnosing it correctly. The work has been high quality. Their mechanic was able to diagnose and fix a part that another mechanic was unable to fix. Julio goes that extra mile to do a good job, My car runs great. The suspension work they did is also holding up well. The main reason i go to Julio's is because of his honesty and good business ethics, and fair price. I feel like I am respected and that they car about me as a human being.
