I would not recommend. Brought truck in for going into limp mode. They suggested replacing accelerator pedal for $1k for an OEM part that was $400 and 30 minutes worth of work. Brought my wife’s vehicle in for an intake gasket leak which they replaced but didn’t tighten the turbo charge pipe which blew off. They consistently recommend maintenance based on mileage of the vehicle versus actual condition. Would suggest going to other mechanics on Rayford.

We will NEVER go back to Christian Brothers automotive. I told my ford Supercross there to get control arm fixed since I knew that what it was. They tried to charge me anyways for a diagnostic and military discount... Then now my wife didn't know stay away from these guys, they thought she didn't know much about cars in general as she went to get a new ball joint put in on front right portion of her van, but instead they inspected the entire engine and recommended her to pay $4500.00 for stuff that was wrong with instead of pointing out the original problem. I told her no as they wantsd $863.00 for the job that takes an hours work and part thats maybe 150.00. I knew another honest mechanic and he did it for 450.00, with 12 month or 12,000 miles warranty. When we mentioned this price CBA wants to price match......Whats wrong with this problem, WHY DIDN'T THEY JUST CHARGE THAT PRICE FROM THE START to a 100% disabled army veteran on a budget. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY LOCATION OF THESE GUY. My wife went to the Graftford location in Spring, also we tried one off of Grand Parkway and they also lied to her there.. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFUNDED. THERE WAS A NAVY VETERAN THAT WORKS THERE AND SAID HE WAS QUITING HIS JOB CBA BECAUSE HOW THEY UPCHARGE PEOPLE BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY HOW THEY CHEAT VETERANS WHEN THEY CAN.

Bill and the team did a great job of troubleshooting my trucks needs and recommended the necessary repairs. The communication was on point and the repairs were performed efficiently. As a Care Plus warranty member, I was very impressed on how easy the warranty company worked with the shop to process the covered claim with no hassle to me. I highly recommend Christian Brothers on Rayford and the Care Plus warranty program.

Four years as a customer, and that’s how they lose me. The guy checking in my car was rude and not friendly, wouldn’t wait while I pulled up a coupon. I left and got it done a minute down the road - cheaper even without a coupon. Complete disappointment.

Grateful for Mr. Jordan and Alvin, along with the team at CBA-Spring, that I dealt with. They’re very friendly, kind, respectful and professional. It starts as soon as I walked in the door and continued till I walked out the door to pick up my car. They kept me updated on my car’s repair progress and completion via text. They shuttled me to and from my home. My car was making a loud roaring noise and check engine light was on, along with several warning lights. The team did an excellent job at fixing my car, it runs smoothly, no more noise and all warning lights are off. I’m very grateful to God first of all, next to this Spring CBA’s team, for my professionally done car repairs, now my car is running great now! Praise be to GOD☝🏼& CBA-Spring! So happy that I accidentally went here! We have an older car that had some damage to under the front bumper and the covering under the engine. I’m not a car person so that’s the best description I can give of the problem and that’s pretty much what I told the gentleman at the front desk. I wanted to know if it was a safety issue or an issue that required fixing to protect the engine. Or if maybe we could just cut the loose stuff off. He said we will take a look and see. Said I might have to wait a bit - I could see how busy they were. Less than 15 minutes later he came back with the keys and said they were able to fit it back together. The messed up piece wasn’t dragging anymore! And he didn’t charge me a dime. Just did it as a courtesy. I will be back here in the future to have actual engine problems repaired. These are good people who do good work!

Christian Brothers Automotive has done it again! I took my car in for an oil change this time and to see if they could find out where a leak I would have periodically was coming from. I never expected that they would come back with a report of over $3000 in work needing to be done that was detrimental to the health of my vehicle. Sergio was my main customer service rep and he, as always was very nice and thorough about what was going on with my car and how unsafe it would be to continue driving without getting those things done. So after strong contemplation and consideration I accepted the jobs they requested. They also let me know about the payment options to help out if things could not be paid comfortably all at once. He advised me that they were there for me and would help through the entire process. After thinking about it, I realized I had an extended warranty on my vehicle, and let them know and they said that they would be more than happy to contact them and see what the process was to start a claim. After a while another kind rep called me back by the name of Brian and let me know what I needed to do to proceed. He also attentively kept me in the loop about everything and was not afraid to contact me on every situation regarding my car. They both kept me informed and updated every step of the way. These are quality workers who believe in rendering quality service to their customers! I am so glad I chose to allow Christian Brothers to handle this needed maintenance on my vehicle. I value their word and their character. Thank you so much Christian Brothers for a job well done!! You can count on me being a loyal customer to you for years to come!!

Before doing any work, they sent a very detailed report of what they found. The report included pictures and videos showing me exactly what the issue were. Pete and Bill at the Spring location were awesome! Everyone else at the shop was super friendly too. I was dealing with some major suspension issues on my GMC truck, and it was making a pretty embarrassing noise while driving and the alignment was way off. Pete really took care of me and got everything fixed. Pete and Bill also kept me updated daily, which I really appreciated. For some background, I had visited a few other shops in the area and just didn’t get a great feeling, either the customer service was lacking or the prices were way too high. When I came to CB location, it felt completely different. The staff was friendly, professional, and the pricing was very fair compared to the other quotes I received. Huge thanks to Pete, Bill, and the rest of the team for taking care of my suspension issues. Highly recommend!

When my car was ready for pick, they actually sent someone to get me. Very honest and upfront with price, they didnt try to sell me a dream.
