Formerly good but this time just kept coming back telling me there is another thing then another thing, etc. Last one was the driver door handle not working to open the door. Was working when I dropped it off…then they still wanted me to pay for the replacement part. After all said and done a week later, the bill went from $2500 to fix the AC to over $7000.

I've always been told this is the spot in The Woodlands. I've never actually had any work done but I will share my experience the other morning. I noticed nuts missing from a bolt and one loose. The next morning I drove straight to CA as I was taking my daughter to daycare to see if a professional could take a quick look under the truck as a favor to make sure it was or wasn't a safety critical screw. They said I had to drop it off or get an appointment, couldn't even step out for 30 seconds to help me out and give me any professional information. I was extremely disappointed. I drove 100 feet to Goodyear and 3 staff members walked right out and took a quick look. They informed me those are bolts for the control arm, which is a major safety issue. They didn't fix it but gave me their professional opinion without hesitation or an appointment which took a total of 2 minutes. I ended up taking it to the dealer to repair it since they messed it up. I wasn't expecting CA to fix it on the spot without an appointment, but at the very least, make sure I could drive it to get repaired. This is not the "neighborhood" shop I've been told about.

They are excellent. Top-notch customer service. We don't live in the woodlands but my wife and small kids were going to the children's museum nearby when the car started making noises. They stopped at CBA after finding them in google maps. Both the lady that took my call to check on my family and car, and the techs who looked at the car, were very professional, respectful, and genuinely kind. The tech was honest and gave me options to save money, and the nice lady even gave my wife and kids a courtesy ride to the children's museum while they waited. They deserve all the good praise they have on their reviews, and the people that helped my family and worked on the car deserve every promotion and pay raises coming their way. The employees are always helpful, kind, and incredibly patient when answering all my questions. Whether it's a tire rotation, inspection, or oil change, I know I'm in good hands when my vehicle goes to Christian Brothers. They take the time to explain things clearly and never make me feel rushed or pressured. One of the things I really appreciate is their courtesy pickup and drop-off option—it makes scheduling service so convenient. It's not easy to find an auto shop that truly values honesty, professionalism, and great customer service, but Christian Brothers really delivers. Highly recommend!

If I could give negative stars I would. The most frustrating auto repair experience on any car ever. The good. Very nice, cordial well meaning people. The bad. What was a one day job became 3 and every day there was another reason for delay every day and they could never state what was left to be done and when it would be finished. I would never return for any service nor would I recommend them. I have used other Christian Brother stores and been extremely satisfied.

My family has been struggling for months snd are technically homeless. Work had to be done for safety. Christian Brothers assistance program literally saved me from being completely lost. Zach at the Corporate office, Damien and the team at The Woodlands TX location were awesome and went above and beyond. They have a customer for life and I'll recommend anyone to give them a chance.

Our engine temperature light continue to indicate the engine was overheating. From the end of May until early December, we brought this car in at least once a month if not more than once a month for the same problem. Each time the mechanic would tell us it was a different Issue causing the problem. We would go through with the repair and things would seem fine for about a week or two and the problem continued to resurface. After multiple visits and $11,000 in various repairs ($8300 for the same problem) we were then told they thought it best just to replace the engine. During one of the visits we needed to replace the brake light system. A couple of weeks later half of the lights did not work. When brought to their attention, they did fix that. The people that work there seem genuinely nice. we have used them in the past for simple things like oil changes, which we’ve never had any problems with. In fairness, this was a Car that was 17 years old but had very low mileage. The nice thing about the car is because of its age there aren’t a whole lot of electronics (compared to 2025 cars) to it so it really gets down to basic mechanics. Additionally, I always thought Christian Brothers to be known in the community as being supportive in the community. Throughout this time we had sent over three emails and one phone call to see if they would consider a small contribution to the high school robotics team. All the school teams, could use support in one way or another. Never replied to a single email and defered to someone else on the phone call and never heard back. After spending so much money with them in such a short time that was just a disappointment. I realize every business gets hit up by every club and organization from every school. I realize they can’t support everyone. But it is a surprise when you’re spending this much money and your customer is reaching out for support of a school organization and you can’t even acknowledge the request. Very disappointing and very rude.

Mia Ramírez, a young woman at the front desk, welcomed me with a warm smile and the gentlest voice, instantly making me feel at ease.
