Had car towed to Chrome Auto because another repair shop told me my car had a blown head gasket. There had not been any engine smoking, popping, exhaust smoke or any engine noise. Chrome checked It over and discovered that bad gasoline had fouled the fuel injectors and all cylinders were misfiring. They cleaned the fuel lines, gave a tune up, cleaned the fuel tank and really got down to the brass knuckles. I've changed fuel and octane brands and so far so good. Glad I didn't junk the car thinking that the engine was gone. GOOD JOB, CHROME. You'll get my auto business.

Went here for an oil change and an alignment after scheduling an appointment. Oil was spilt all over the engine bay and my windshield and wasn’t fully cleaned up, had to buy a new filter from them because they got oil on my filter, left almost 3 hours later with oil that was my windshield for about a week till it rained. About 1-2 months later my oil was gone and since I don’t have a leak I assume my oil wasn’t filled completely. 🤷‍♂️

The employees are great there. They take care of you. They have excellent customer service. They are friendly. The prices they charge are reasonable. They have varying options to finance paying for your repairs. Chrome will be my first choice in auto repairs for both my vehicles.

Took my truck in with complaints of a noise at highway speed related to 4wd was told that wheel bearing was bad they replaced both front wheel bearings at the cost of $1500 dollars and it did not correct the problem it was very disheartening I’ve had good experiences at this shop before but was able to diagnose the issue myself with help from a phone call from another local mechanic and fixed the issue with a $33 solenoid in my driveway I feel as if no effort was put forth in diagnosing and troubleshooting the issue I was in disbelief that another mechanic could diagnose the issue without being present and a supposed professional repair shop couldn’t figure out a common problem with these vehicles in 2 days time and instead opted to replace expensive parts on a vehicle with very low mileage that were not the source of the problem
