Have a buddy who had some work done here. They installed a converter for his mp3 into his factory radio. Afterwards he had no A.M. radio. I work at a dealership so he brought it to me. Found out they cut his antenna to wire this box in. My main problem with this is all they had to do was sell him a Bluetooth adapter that plugs in to lighter socket and would have done the same thing wireless. And they charged him 300 dollars. This was a Hyundai not Mercedes and I did same thing with wireless adapter for 30 bucks

Definitely would not recommend the whole place is a hazard from the work area to the waiting room just stuff thrown everywhere and as soon as you walk in.It smells like straight cigarettes and there was only one worker he was on the sketchy side and wouldn’t let you even stand from a distance to watch them work on my vehicle which was a red flag i would not recommend at all … there’s more to it but I’m not going into detail also the pics you see on google of this place aren’t no where the same as it looks in person there is nothing even remotely setup that nice Here is just a glimpse

Please take your business and money elsewhere. I gave them $125 deposit to put in a stereo I tired getting it out in for months. I put the deposit in because they were waiting on a dash kit which never came I guess. So I took my business elsewhere then when I went to get my deposit back from them they told me I needed a receipt which was understandable. I sent Chris a picture of my receipt he continued to tell me that the receipt didn’t list any merchandise and he couldn’t give me a refund for it which is absolutely insane. I contacted the bbb and will be seeing them in court for a lot more than I gave them.

Bought a receiver from their online store, they shipped me a broken one. The manufacturer told me this is not an authorized online dealer of their product. The store didn’t reply to my emails, didn’t answer my calls, I went to the manufacturer for a replacement in the end.
