I’m normally wary of used car dealerships, but this place changed my mind. Dan and KC were honest, forthright, helpful, knowledgeable, and the price of my vehicle was very fair. They pride themselves on their service and repair shop staff, and have a loyal customer base as a result (the previous owner of the vehicle I purchased had been servicing the vehicle at Courtesy for 6 years before he traded it in to them). I’d recommend them to anyone!

We bought a beautiful Sorenta. Despite the negativity surrounding Kias at the time we were ensured this car had belonged to the wife of one of the longtime mechanics, was in great shape and well cared for. The vehicle was overpriced in our opinion but having had belonged to the mechanic, and our single parent son would be traveling around with our grandkids, this gave us a great deal of comfort. This was far from the truth. We returned the car for service within five days with engine problems and difficulty starting or picking up speed.. Whatever, the issue was, it was never resolved even after having had it towed back to Courtesy on two more occasions. After nearly being run down by a semi when the vehicle stop dead in its tracks on the highway, not the first time, courtesy service told us we had no other alternative but work with the warranty company. In the first three years of ownership we had access to the vehicle for only 10 months as it was non-working and on someone's (generally Kia's) car lot awaiting another repair. This hardship eventually led to us allow repossession of the vehicle (and total destruction to our credit) as we had to obtain other very expensive modes of transportation for significant lengths of times to get to work. While Mr. Casey and his team had been amazing in our two previous buying experiences, we could never comfortably return or recommend their service after such a painful experience.

Courtesy Automotive has always given me fantastic service on my older (11 years) vehicle, without pushing for service that was unnecessary or misleading. When it was time to buy a new vehicle, I was able to quickly test drive numerous vehicles, get historical information on them, service records, and was not pressured to make a decision over the couple month period that I looked at cars. I would highly recommend buying a used vehicle from Courtesy.

I have been car shopping for a few months, and as of this writing (2/12/22) the car market for buyers is awful. I tried looking at both online only dealers, Carmax, and traditional dealers. I also began researching in nearby markets (Cincinnati, Louisville, Chicago). A 2019 Kia Forte LXS caught my eye at Courtesy Automotive online, with a super low price. Naturally, I was skeptical. Relatively low miles, clean Carfax, great price by several thousand compared to Indianapolis market. I did my research and found mostly stellar reviews on Google, Facebook, etc. This dealer seemed to be different, so we drove almost 2 hours to see the vehicle. This is an old school car dealer with a relatively small footprint. You won't find any swanky showroom, or gimmicks. No one is will give you a bonsai tree with car purchase. It was simple and non threatening. Dan was who worked with us, and was very chill. I had done most of paper work online, including the pre-approval for financing and valuing my trade. He had pulled the car inside, and had it waiting for us. We asked questions, and he had answers. He had the Carfax, and the paperwork for the work done when they received the car on their lot. Dan made a copy of my license, and after a visual inspection, we hopped in for a test drive. The car was visually in great shape! One owner, just some dents and nicks. Interior was in nearly flawless shape too. The car was mechanically sound, and had lots of features. New tires, breaks, and wipers had been put on. And as a Carfax certified dealer, the car had gone through a rigorous evaluation process. We got a great trade in offer, and it was really the most relaxed I've ever been in a car dealer. No up selling. Because there was no full warranty, Dan offered the option to add for a very reasonable price. That gave us a little more piece of mind for purchasing this vehicle. We were there probably an hour and a half, including the test drive. It was pleasant and upfront. This unassuming dealer made the car buying process so easy and enjoyable. Definitely earned out trust and business. Thanks!

Last week my 2014 Chevy unexpectedly started quitting on me while driving. I mean it would completely shut down. I contacted this dealership and they were able to fit me in right away. I was truly a damsel in distress. They were waiting for me upon arrival and ushered me into the garage. The lobby was clean and has a vintage flare. When I tell you the entire staff treated me like family! I have never experienced this level of care at a business establishment from the mechanics, customer service as well as check out. My fee for the service was substantially lower than what I had been previously quoted at a different Chevy dealership. The fee was very affordable and I was able to get the repair done the same day because the parts were in stock. My only wish is that there were more businesses around with this level of professionalism and affordability. I left the dealership feeling valued and restored :}

I absolutely adore this place. I've purchased multiple vehicles there and have always found quality cars and just what I'm looking for. I've come to trust and rely on the service department over the years and again today they reminded me why. My brakes started thumping at 3 pm and I have so many places to be in the next 2 days I needed to know that my car was safe! So I just showed up there at 4 pm today begging for help. Tanner and a technician wasted no time taking a quick ride and figured out it was something lodged stuck in the brakes. On my way within 20 minutes no charge! Way to save Halloween and the local school fundraiser I am setting up the next two days! It's so important to have a trustworthy car person. And with Courtesy, I have a whole team that keep me safe and moving. Every person I've engaged with there has been so helpful. So thankful for them! I can't recommend them enough!

The auto body shop here deserves 10 stars and here’s why…insurance originally picked another shop (Jeff Wyler) who said they wouldn’t even look at it for 3 weeks. I heard about Adam and his amazing shop so I gave him a call. Adam had my car towed to his shop same day, got ahold of my insurance, and got my 4 runner back to me looking amazing in less than 3 weeks (when JW would just now be “looking at it”). Adam and his guys are the best in town. They will be my new forever shop.
