I have a minor hit in run accident in late November. This shop received my car car first week of December and now a little over two months later my car is not complete. Due to the driver who hit me driving off and the repairs taking over a month, I’ve been paying for a rental out of pocket for over a month now. The shop keeps promising dates and repeatedly has delays. This is obviously not a situation anyone would like to be in and they are certainly not helping the process. I’ll be sure to update with the total days it took for them to complete the job. But if you’re not looking to waste your time and money I wouldn’t choose this shop.

After a tree fell on my car, it broke the windshield and dented the car. The repairs were done so poorly I took it somewhere else to fix their mistakes. The replacement piece was put on crooked, they chipped paint from an area that wasn't being worked on, and they put the windshield wipers on incorrectly. This business also struggles with communication. My car was in their hands for a month and a half. They would call me and tell me my car would be ready for pick up the following day, then when I'd call on the day it was supposed to be ready, they would tell me it wasn't ready! This happened THREE times. Unbelievable. I will never go back and I advise others to stay away from this sketchy place.

I brought my car to Liberty Collision after being involved in a car accident. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire process— from inspection, to dealing with insurance, to time of repair. Definitely would recommend!

They are the Best in the city. The customer service here is outstanding the management and service team treat you like family they kept me updated almost daily on the work in the progress on my car I really appreciate their service it's amazing that you can find a service this good in the inner city now I'm a site manager for a large janitorial service and it's really hard to find good people with great attitudes and great customer service skills this place has it all if I had any questions Miss Charmagne sure did answer them for me. I am most definitely recommending them to other people.

We were really pleased with our Liberty Collision experience! They were quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Jess took car of logistics and communication and it always felt under control. They caught an error in what our insurance had paid us and took care of it. Plus we learned later that they're family owned and have been doing this a LONG time. Highly recommend

I was in town for a work project and was a week from returning home to another state when I ripped off my passenger side mirror while parking. Called my insurance and they sent me to their contracted collision center for an estimate but they were too busy to get my job done in the 5 days I had before I needed to get back on the road. That shop referred me to Liberty who recognized my urgent need and squeezed me in. They were able to get the work done in less than a day and it looks like nothing ever happened. Everyone there was great to work with. I recommend this shop whole-heartedly.

Liberty is 10/10 hands down. They were able to get my car in after an accident I had more quickly than any other collision center in the area. Not only did they get my car in and out but they sent me daily text updates on how my car was doing and where they were at in the repair process. Their staff was also top notch. Would definitely recommend!

Just wanted to say THANK YOU for the great job you did on my car! After being rear ended my car was a mess and you made it look like it never happened. I also had some sun damage on my roof and hood so asked to have that fixed since they were going to be painting the wreck damage. My car looks like new and I’m a very satisfied customer 😃

This company did a great job on my Ford Fusion. I had to get a new bumper as half of it flew off. They did great work at a reasonable price and kept me posted so I would not over use a rental car. The only sad part is they hire out the calibration for $400. I guess that is the price of progress. The work was beautiful and the car looked like new. So now I'm bringing my son to them .

The staff are always the most polite people. The work is perfect and no complaints. They keep you updated throughout the time they have your vehicle and turn around time is super fast and efficient. They answer any questions and have gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. Everything is explained in simple terms and all of them from mechanic to the front desk are very knowledgeable in the entire process. Will recommend them 100%as my number one choice for body work, painting and almost any type of accident repairs you would need.

Liberty refused to fix a repair of theirs, and our insurance company ended up having them cover the repairs we ended up needing from a separate bodyshop bc they refused to fix their error. They also used recycle headlights even though they charged us for new ones. Do not trust this place, they may be on the verge of losing their insurance contacts. When we picked up the car for a bumper replacement, there were boxes of parts in the car that hadn't been installed. It was handed over to us unfinished and unwashed. We had to wait extra time while they scrambled to install what they forgot to. A few months later, the bumper fell off. After reviewing photos of the car, it turns out that pieces of the bumper were not installed correctly, so we went back to Liberty to see what our options were. When we went back to the shop to see if they could re-set the bumper and confirm the install was done correctly, the owner (jerry) started getting defensive and insisting that we were lying about what happened to the car. He refused to even quote us on a repair, he sent us on our way with a hanging bumper. We took the car to a different bodyshop (mike's autobody), and the owner noticed that a lot of the work done to put the bumper from Liberty was done horribly wrong. He pointed out that pieces were glued and taped together that shouldn't be. He mentioned that large pieces of plastic shielding were missing, and the guards around the wheels were also not installed properly. When we learned this, we called Liberty to discuss the chances of having the work redone (as labor is covered under warranty), and the person answering the phone decided to just tell me "i trust these guys, I eat dinner with them, there is no way anything could be wrong with the work". Our insurance adjuster visited them, and determined that old parts were put in the vehicle even though we were charged full price for new parts. In fact, the headlights they ordered were sitting on the shelf and the insurance agent hand took them to Mike's to have them installed correctly. Liberty ended up needing to cover the costs to repair their own shoddy work. When we called to discuss with Jerry, he told us that "every single person who worked on your car doesn't work here anymore" in order to deflect any blame. Liberty still ended up being forced by our insurance company to cover our costs, but they decided to drag their feet and allow a much better other bodyshop handle it for them. Do not bother.

I stopped in this place to ask if they can fix leaking inside a vehicle and the man and the woman behind the desk were really rude and mean and they said they can't fix it. They both had really mean looks at me and were not polite people. I was going to have them also do some body work on one of my other vehicles but I will not go back there anymore.

I have never left a review in my life but this experience was absolutely horrible. I got in a wreck on June 7th and called this place and they said they could schedule for about two weeks out. I took my car in on June 28th and they said they would need it for about two weeks but it might be done SOONER than that. I hadn't heard anything after two weeks and called back to see if I could come pick up my car on July 12th. They said it wouldn't be ready until the 14th now. I called back on the 14th and they told me a couple days later. When I called back after a couple more days they told me the 20th and when I called back the 20th they told me the 21st. So FINALLY on the 21st I went to pick up my car. I was slightly irritated because they kept changing the date on me but wasn't going to complain if it meant they got my car done right. After looking over my car once I got it back, my two front hub caps were missing, they broke my key fob and gave it back to me taped together, they replaced my headlight with a different color than the other one (that didn't need replaced), and my radio (not factory one but bluetooth one installed after the previous owner bought it) was so quiet you could hardly hear it even on max volume. I called them back and asked them to please make things right and they gave me an extremely hard time about it. Eventually after taking my car back in for the day, they ordered new hubcaps, matching headlights, a new key fob, and said they would look at the radio when all the parts were there and I brought my car back in. So again, my car originally left the shop July 21st and today, October 11th, is when they finally got my car fixed again. I have called almost every week the past (almost) 3 months and they really have seemed not to care at all. They often say they will give me a call back and update me and I don't think I have ever received a call back from this place. If I don't call them first won't hear from them but then every time I called they acted annoyed that I was calling and typically gave me an extremely vague answer about the parts they ordered. After about two months I was told the hubcaps were on back order and if I wanted they could order a different set that wasn't on back order and they would just order 4 and replace them all since they wouldn't match the back ones. I agreed and they ordered them saying they would be in about a week later (which would've been Sept. 14th) then they told me it would actually be Sept. 26th and again, they didn't let me know anything was in until yesterday October 10th when called them to check. After taking my car back in this morning, I picked it up this evening thinking this was finally over. I drove my car home and the back drivers side hub cap had ALREADY FALLEN OFF. At this point I am just ordering more myself and installing them because I can't deal with the terrible communication and customer service here. I have had no problems with my hub caps staying on in the past. Lastly, I realized about mid September when I opened my hood for the first time since I got my car back on July 21st, that they broke my hood latch. My hood won't close fully anymore and stays about an inch open now. I didn't even mention this to them because I don't want to deal with this place any longer. I bought a new hood latch myself and found another place in town that said to bring it in and they will replace it on the spot for me. I attached pictures of the broken key, (first) missing hub caps, and then the dust, scratch mark, and grease they left inside my car today (Oct. 11) when they installed the new parts. This was a HORRIBLE experience I really recommend finding a different shop if you were thinking about this place. Edit: Below they said they would call me 8 months ago to make things right and I still have not received a call.

I can’t say enough good things about Liberty Collision in Norwood. I was rear ended in my brand new car and the person at faults insurance handled the claim and sent me to Liberty. They told me it would be 3 weeks to repair my car and it took exactly a week, which was such a pleasant surprise. Phil was in contact during the whole process. What blew me away was I noticed after the repair my back lift gate was not opening when the button was pushed. I text Phil and he promptly got me in for them to take a look. Phil and Team took apart the back lift gate and investigated only to find out it was user error and taught me what I needed to do to operate the lift gate appropriately. Embarrassing but they made me feel totally comfortable and that it was absolutely no problem. Adam even took me out to the car and showed me what I needed to do in the future and told me I could ask the dealership to remove this feature at a future service appointment. The icing on the cake? It had just snowed in Cincinnati earlier in the week and as I pulled into the shop I could see my car freshly washed and sparkling. An incredible extra touch. And something I was going to do on my day off and they checked that off my list for me. Can’t say enough about Phil, Adam, & Everyone at Liberty! Thanks again. You have a customer for life.
