Thank you, Repair-X!!!!!! This summer I had moved to Mount Healthy and late February my trusty 2007 Trailblazer had finally reached the end of her life. I, frankly, had been putting off repair work for my car as it can be hard to not feel a buttload of anxiety as a woman who knows next-to-nothing about cars going to a new repair shop in a new area. When I had called Repair-X, a young woman had answered the phone, relieving much of my anxiety! I told her that I did not know exactly what was wrong, but that something was off with the back tire. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, not once ever making me feel silly for not knowing everything. John was incredibly kind during the whole process, and had even called me later that day to let me know what was happening with my car and that it was WAY more serious than I thought! John could have very easily made me feel small for not realizing my car's issues were this serious, but he approached the situation delicately and not for one second did I ever feel like I was talked down to. He was incredibly honest about the price, even talking about their SNAP financing systems as well to help with the price if needed. Repair-X also has a texting system, which made life a thousand times easier as John and I were able to stay in communication throughout the whole week-long process of finding a car and figuring out what to do with the old one. John and his team were some of the most helpful, kind, polite, and supportive people during a time that was incredibly stressful! Never once did I feel as if I was being mansplained to, or as if I had gone to the wrong business. I feel so fortunate to know there's a shop like this right down the street! I will forever recommend Repair-X as my go to shop!

This shop was great. My car overheated early in the week. We had it towed to their shop, they diagnosed the issue, worked with our warranty company to get the repair covered, and had it fixed by the end of the week. They even helped with a couple of other repair issues. I highly recommend them.

I talked to the order gentleman about replacing the starter on my truck we agreed that I would drop my truck off the night before so the could have my truck all day Friday to complete the repair. I was also told that my truck would be placed in the shop overnight for safety. On my way to work at 5 in the morning, I noticed my truck had sat in outside overnight(exactly where I parked it). About 2, I gave them a call for an update because I was going to be getting off soon, and they hadn’t even started on it. Got off work, and my truck was still sitting in the spot I parked it the night before. I went in and simply told them I need to pick up my truck they didn’t ask if I would like to reschedule, no apologies for the inconvenience or nothing. The older guy is very nice and knowledgeable, but there’s just no communication or anything from the younger workers

Let me first say that John has the BEST "bedside manner" when explaining issues with your vehicle. I do not know much about car repairs and a diagnosis can seem very confusing and scary, but John had the patience of a saint when explaining everything to me and answering my questions. Both he and Courtney were so wonderful to work with. They took the time and did their due diligence in speaking with the right people about getting my car covered under the extended warranty I'd purchased from CarMax. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the customer service and quality of work done. Consider me a customer for life!

I honestly wish I would've come here sooner . I brought in my 2018 Dodge Charger for a oil change. And the also found some things I needed to pay attention to. They are great!!!
