I previously brought my car here and the staff were very attentive. At that time, they noted my front caliper was tight but didn’t need replacement. However, before even 5,000 miles, I started hearing noise from the front rotors. When I brought the car back, I was initially told the front wheels were fine and the noise was coming from the rear rotors, so the rear brake pads were replaced. Now, before 4,000 miles, the front brake pads are worn out and the rotor is visibly damaged. When I returned, I was told the calipers were faulty and would need replacement, along with new pads again. I trusted this shop and spent around $3,000 on my car, which isn’t even worth $5,000. I’m disappointed that I am still being asked for additional charges. I expected more reliability and transparency.

I was desperate for good service because I had nowhere else to go and am broke, but they proceeded to: Strip a bolt in my engine then made me pay for it, said that "it really wasn't their fault." I had to take a loan to pay for it, would not have had to if they didn't break it Attempted to have me pay over $600 for a water pump, I found one at a dealer service center for $260. Never called me back on updates, had to call each time. Absolutely no excuse for any of this, I have to sell my clothes to pay for groceries now.

Tech was very knowledgeable and didnt try to push any "unnecessary " repairs. He told me my battery had an issue, luckily I had a warranty on it which helped me avoid a future problem. Super helpful and friendly! Update: took my car to ford and the battery tested fine. Im hoping it was just an issue with the tester and not an attempt to get me to purchase a battery. Luckily I had a warranty and got it checked.

I recently went to the Midas on Wooster Pike in Cincinnati, Ohio. I had three new tires put on my Elantra and had my rear brake light replaced. Justin manages at this location. He was very professional and friendly. I just returned today to have the lug nuts checked which was recommended after driving 50 miles. Justin took care of it right away with no wait. Well, I have to say we are definitely in a pinch and Juston came through for us. We are from Nebraska here for the holiday and or radiator goes.
