This place is a total rip off. They stole the brand new spark plug wires that I had just gotten from the dealership, and put on some crappy old ones. They told me that they found the problem in the spark plug wires and would be happy to sell me a "recently acquired" set that they had. Take your car anywhere but here.

Kennedy Motors has given us the best auto repair service I have experienced in 40 years! The people at Kennedy Motors are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain to me exactly what the problem was with our 2005 Audi. They also spent a fair amount of time rechecking codes to make certain the problem was resolved. Moreover they tried to work within our budget to complete the work. I highly recommend Kennedy Motors to anyone who owns a foreign car.

Very capable staff to solve your import repairs. The parking lot is crowded but not all are there for repairs so don't let it worry you. They repaired the ABS problem on my kids VW in a very cost effective way and had it finished when promised.

The worse car place ever they had my since February 10, February 28, I paid them $2000 they purchased used parts when I asked them to bring my own parts. They told me no they didn't tell me that they was even fixing on the car. They fixed on it and then called me and told me I was ready.I got my car back literally five minutes leaving the lot. It broke down again so I took the car back to them after I took it to another mechanic and they said take it back here it is going on march 10 when I go back Monday to retrieve my car because obviously it's not fixed because they told me that they can't fix it. They don't know what's wrong with it. They fixed everything on there. They clear codes knowing that they didn't replace the stuff that they clear because you said it would've been $4900 so you working on my car for free I'm not paying for nothing. It wasn't fixed the first time and you still don't have it fixed and you're not communicate with me and allowing me to know the things that you're doing to my car before you're doing it I'm wasting money on Uber I losing money out on work and every time I go up there and express the self they just making excuses they just talking in circles. I would not recommend them. I have a BMW 528XI I don't know if it's because I'm black and they thought they was gonna get over on me, but everybody den walked in there and got their car perfectly fine besides me.

Rip-offs! Do not take your vehicle there! You've been warned! They will say they fixed your car without consulting with you and giving them the ok. And then will charge you thousands of dollars. The miserable chic in there is very rude and unprofessional. When I asked for the owner or manager, she got upset and would not make the call.

I found my new and forever mechanic! Kennedy Motors. Greg the owner is a great guy, very honest, knowledgeable, and a skilled mechanic. Which is hard to find these days. I had my car towed in thinking my engine was blown because it locked up and when I checked the oil it was dry. Greg was able to get my car in top shape and back on the road driving smoother than ever. My engine was still good and brakes were good (I thought I needed both replaced). Greg did only what was necessary to keep me safe on the road, and I say he’s honest because a lot of places I’ve went to try to replace/fix things that don’t need done to drain your wallet. They even did little extras touches like putting my license plate on for me that I had sitting on my dash, wiped down the interior, and cleaned the outside of the car without my even asking them to. I highly recommend Kennedy Motor Service!
