I bought a 2010 Nissan Titan from here 10/27/2022. I found this place and the truck, through an app called Carfax. I liked the detailed services that had been performed on the truck, so we drove over an hour to test drive the truck. "EEE" person I met was very professional, not pushy, allowed My wife and I to test drive the vehicle, after test drive we worked out a price, and have been very happy with the truck. I recommend this place to anyone.

I bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado truck from here about a month ago. It was in great condition and overall is an amazing purchase. The workers were very nice and respond fast and helped me during the process. The truck did have some problems a day after I took it off the lot. I wish I was aware before I bought it so I knew what to expect and how much those things would cost after I just bought this truck. I was able to call and tell them about the issues and they were more than willing to give me a good deal on anything that was wrong now or in the future.

2014 Ford F-150 FX4... Saw a nice looking (pictures) F-150 for sale on their site. Supposedly clean Carfax (as it turned out, I had to procure a Canadian Carfax and a USA Carfax...vehicle had been in EEE's possession for about 90 days...after bouncing around another dealer's multiple branded lots). The red flags were there. I went and test drove the vehicle and noted the brake pedal seemed a little mushy. EEE said they would take care of it. I was told they put new brakes on the vehicle. I test drove the vehicle again and it felt better. I also asked about the rust underneath and around the vehicle (to include some rust on the leaf springs that had been freshly painted). I was told the rust was superficial with no rot on the frame. Within a couple days, i noticed my driver side floor board carpet was wet. Took it back to EEE. They checked the sunroof and AC drains by pouring water through them and watching it run out...so they said everything was working as it should. I took the vehicle home and continued to have a wet floor board. I took it to a local garage and they cleaned the AC drain line. Problem solved; no more wet floor. Flash forward a few weeks. I started experiencing front end vibration when braking at high speed and a pulsating when braking at slower speeds. Took it in to a local garage and found the rear rotors needed replacement and the clips/parts on them were "mangled." Replaced rotors and took the vehicle home and an observer advised that the rear driver side tire had a wobble. Returned to the same garage and they found the driver side rear hub on the axle was bent. In addition, as i have continued to examine the vehicle, i noticed large black tape like patches in the rear corners of the passenger door wells. I noticed the rust colored bleed through and have discovered rust rot concealed under the black (vehicle color...intent to conceal) tape like patches. I will now need to have those corners cut out and replaced. So, I am now approximately $5000 into maintenance costs post-purchase from EEE. The problem here is I ignored red flags and wanted to trust the visibly personable presentation by the "owner/manager" Buyer beware. In response to the owner response...it was never, I repeat, never disclosed to me that it was a a vehicle originating from Canada. I had to find that out myself by ordering a Canadian Carfax after discovering via Beenverified that the vehicle was missing history on the USA Carfax that I ordered. The taped over rust rot did not happen in three weeks as the response implies. The EEE service shop couldn't even figure out the AC drain line needed cleaning (which is what was causing the wet floor). A reputable national chain (in both instances AC and brakes) diagnosed the issues. Again, yes, I saw the red flags and proceeded anyway and, I stand by my review (w/receipts). Every buyer at EEE should fully inspect via 3rd party mechanic before proceeding with their purchase because this was not a good faith deal.

Do not buy from this dealer. I came and test drove a vehicle. I noticed a rattle in the steering column. I told them about it and they said it was just something under the hood. I was told the vehicle had some scratches and dings and that was it. They lied to me even though I pointed out that there was an issue. I ended up paying $700 to fix the steering column and a couple other things that were broken. I also have to replace the tires which are completely shot. I called them about the issues and I was told that I purchased an older used vehicle and should expect it to have issues. They even tried to yell at me because I said it was shady business. They do not respect their customers. They only care about making the sale even if it means lying to do so. I don’t recommend buying from them. Avoid at all costs. I actually made you aware of the issue with the steering before I purchased the vehicle and you lied to me and told me it was something under the hood that was loose. It ended up being a broken shaft in the steering column. As for the routine maintenance you claim was involved, there was a transmission drain and fill and I told you I didn’t hold you responsible for that, but that cost less than $200. The majority of the cost was from broken parts that you should have fixed. I also had to get new tires because they were totally shot. I just had it in the shop again yesterday because it was dying and stalling. It ended up being a that the oil was low 3 quarts. It cost me another $300. You are liars and crooks. My girlfriend purchased a used vehicle from Becks a few weeks ago the car was perfect. They put new tires had an inspection and everything checked out and they told us we could bring it back for service. That is how business is supposed to be done so stop with the lame excuses. You are liars and crooks ans should be ashamed.

I would like to thank Sam and his family for a absolutely great car buying experience. I called on a Sunday and Sam answered even though they were closed. I asked about a F150 that they had for sale. Sam was very knowledgeable about the vehicle said it was still available. I came down on a Saturday was greeted promptly by one of Sam's sisters. She was here polite and sent me on a test drive. I told them of a shimmy or shake in the vehicle and was assured it would be addressed. We wrote up a deal and I came back on Monday to pick her up. I was very pleased to find that the problem was fixed and ready for me to take her home. I was very impressed by all that Sam and the crew did to insure I was satisfied with my purchase.
