Buyer beware! This shop is nothing but a money trap. From the start, the staff were condescending and told me my compressor was bad before even pulling my car into the shop. They tried to tack on an unnecessary $291 AC fluid change no matter what I chose to do, even just to “diagnose it”, until I finally put my foot down and demanded they check it without draining the fluid. They still charged me nearly $90 for a worthless “diagnostic” and then hit me with an outrageous repair quote while pushing three different financing plans. It was obvious their goal wasn’t to help me — it was to upsell and pressure me into spending far more than necessary. Here’s what Meineke quoted me: • $87–$160 for the diagnosis • $291.42 to recharge it • $1,450.66 for the compressor itself Best case scenario, their total was $1,830 — and they still warned it could be even more if anything else was “wrong.” Thankfully, I went to my trusted mechanic instead. They fixed the problem for around $1,300 out the door (almost 30% cheaper) and treated me with honesty and respect. They even acknowledged $1,300 is a lot of money and told me to take my time deciding. That’s the difference between a real shop and a scammy chain like Meineke. Needless to say I got my car repaired the same day at my trusted mechanic and he diagnosed the problem in half the time. Save yourself the headache. Don’t walk — RUN away from this place.

This was the first time I have had my car serviced at Meineke, customer service was great as he "Casey " was servicing my car he apologized a couple of times due to he was answering phone and tending to another customer because it was just he and one other person, told him I was cool, I am very patient. I visited this location for a full synthetic oil change. Before my vehicle was taken back, I verified with the man at the front desk that my fluids would be checked. He said that they would be and went to the garage to confirm that the mechanic would handle checking the fluids. Two days later while traveling out of state, my dashboard flickered on with the check engine AND engine coolant lights. I had to stop off at an Auto Zone where they warned me that shops such as this one will take advantage of female clients. Needless to say, I drowned a lot of time into finding and replacing engine coolant and came to find out in process that in fact none of the other fluids had been topped off!!!!!!! For as much as Meineke charges for a full synthetic oil change, the audacity of them to send me on my way without my request being met is something I will not forget. Thumbs down on this Meineke, I will not be back.

Meineke quoted me $578 for a new muffler. When I told them no thanks they were rude a d tested. I ended up elsewhere with a new muffler for $200! I'm thinking they thought a woman over 70 could be scammed. Shame on you all.

Great price, especially with a Groupon, and fairly quick. Right on time with the scheduled appointment. My only suggestion would be to show the customer the dipstick after an oil change to verify that it's up to the correct level.

Absolutely avoid this place at all costs! I took my car here after getting my wheels completely refurbished and powder coated for an alignment. They damaged every single wheel on the car and are refusing to fix them. The wheels had been on the car for 3 days! Pictures don’t lie this is not curb rash!

So thankful for the gentleman at Meineke. I had a light come on and had a rattle from under the car. I was concerned for it's my only transportation. I'm on Social Security and on a very fixed budget. They looked at everything and let me know what was going on. I don't about car things. They walked me through it and put me at ease. After everything the gentleman didn't charge me said it was a little time not an issue. He fixed a shield under the car on the exhaust that the was the rattling sound and the gas cap wasn't on causing a engine light. So blessed to see there's so many good people out there.

I was not impressed this visit. I had very little interaction with the staff, my oil change was 45 minutes later than my schedule time, and they gave me a paper at the end showing me I declined services that needed updated. And 2 of the services they put on my paper, was just done within the last 6 months. Usually the staff is very welcoming and nice.
