Was passing through on my way up north for Xmas when my window was smashed in by vandals in a parking garage downtown. I called and they had confirmed they had the glass on hand within minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later and they got me right in, 35 minutes after I was out the door. They vacuumed all the broken glass and had me on my way quickly. I really appreciate the prompt service and great job, price was also over $100 less than two previous quotes from their competition. I'd recommend giving them your business.

I was very impressed with the service here (Queen City location). The guys were friendly, organized, and very quick. They were able to get me in within the hour, and the service itself took less than 20min. I was having a broken window replaced-- there was still glass all over my car; they went the extra mile and vacuumed it all up for me, free of charge, and I didn't even have to request that of them. They are also very trustworthy; I had a couple valuables on the front seat that were still there when I returned, and they charge a reasonable rate for the service they provide. Very pleased; I definitely recommend them.

SUCH A HELPFUL BUSINESS! Had some weird insurance policy issues before coming in where my insurance said they couldn't cover glass repair (I'm insured in KY, so it should be free!). The guys at the shop called the insurance line directly and helped sort it out where my policy was accepted and in the end it turned out to be covered by my insurance! Was in and out the next day with a brand new windshield within 35 minutes. Highly recommend!! Great people.

Someone broke into my car a few days ago by smashing my driver’s side car window which I obviously needed to replace. I called and asked around and heard that some of my friends had paid like $500 bucks or so to replace a window. I called my dealer and they gave me a quote of $600. It is definitely worth shopping around as I heard about these guys from a mechanic who recommended them to me. They did everything for $225 total, that’s parts and labor, and they also vacuumed up the broken glass I had missed. They got me fixed up and out in under an hour and window looks and is working great. I literally told them at the end how much cheaper they were than all the other quotes I got and they were like yeah we still make money we just try to not screw people over. I really appreciate you all being fair and decent and honest, and I hope that are rewarded with the steady stream of business that you deserve. I will for sure be back if I ever have another issue with a car window, and I’ll recommend the same to my friends and family. Thank you again!

Although its services are good, I don't recommended it. Because you will be locked in a waiting room with zero information about what is going on with your car. I found traces of glasses under the hood and drips of glue on the dashboard.

My work truck was broken into yesterday. My passenger side rear window was smashed. I called these guys and they got me in same day! The actual service took around 30 minutes! The window is perfect and they even vacuumed the broken glass from inside. I have a Ram 2500 and it costed $235. They got me back on the road and back to work. This place replaced my windshield right at my apartment, and they were the cheapest out of all the places I called, saving me over $100! Mark was the one who replaced it, and he was very nice and helpful, answering all my questions even after he had left. I was worried because other places quoted me around $600 and up, saying it would require recalibration. But American Auto Glass explained that they replace windshields without recalibration, and only if my car alerts me afterward would I need to take it in and pay an extra $150, which they said is very rare. Thankfully, everything went smoothly and I didn’t have to pay any extra! This place is honest, trustworthy, and won’t try to scam you. I only paid $425, while other places were charging around $600 and more for a 2021 Toyota Corolla sedan. Thank you so much for the great customer service and fair pricing!
