Terrible service provided. I had to take my car back to get repairs redone and then to fix a dent that wasn’t there when I took it in… I would advise you to take your car elsewhere. 2 days after having it back trim flew off my car. Bumper was reinstalled improperly. I was told it would take 4 hours on a Friday to re-fix. Never called to give me an update and they kept my car all weekend.

This place should not be open you take your car for one repair and end up needing more work done! Do NOT take your car to this place they will take things they are liars and don’t have good customer service I strongly DONT recommend this place to anyone they said the car is totaled out so I told them I’ll take it elsewhere they still called and totaled out my car and said I agreed when I didn’t agree didn’t sign any paperwork and now nobody wants to answer the phone this place is not to be trusted! This minor fix and they said it’s totaled out

Although I never did do service with them with the vehicle being totaled, at least up to the interaction were fairly good. My person working with my insurance adjuster , Lauryn Marsh was helpful throughout the process. From checking the damage in the beginning & assessing it afterwards. She even gave me a copy of the estimate papers since we were on the topic of it to see how much it reached. Damage visible was minor but as more deeper it went , so did the prices. I dinged it 1 star since I wouldn't have known how the repairs would be at the end & also because I initially came back to let them know to release my vehicle to my insurance but they didnt, next day I got a call from the copart & my insurance to which I called them & only then was it released. I don't doubt they wouldn't have done a good job, but I'm the person who likes to see results & good work rather than leaving it up to faith & chance. Also the lady at the front desk was welcoming as well, didn't have to wait long to get noticed but couldn't say that the 2nd time I went in.

My experience was very frustrating. I dropped my car off on December 30 and did not get it back until January 23, even though repairs were completed on January 20. Communication throughout the process was minimal. After receiving a text that my car was ready for pickup, I went to pick it up but was told it could not be released due to insurance payment issues with no communication pertaining to payment. Insurance paid on January 22, and I provided proof as requested. When I returned, the front desk associate was very kind and confirmed everything was cleared and informed the agent I worked with I just needed the key, but I stood waiting for about 10 minutes while the team handling my file was in a meeting. During that time, I could hear laughter and conversation, which made it feel like the meeting took precedence over assisting a waiting customer. I was then told the proof of payment email had not been received, even though it was visible on the agents screen, and I was asked again for documentation that had already been provided. While the front desk staff was courteous, the lack of communication and coordination made this a disappointing experience.

The service, specifically Lisa, is unprofessional and rude. Insurance company listed this location as one to take vehicle. Made the appointment weeks in advance only to arrive and be told that they do not work on my car model (Porsche). Lisa literally lied to my face while smacking on gum and said called the morning of the appointment, which is a ridiculous, to let me know. I have no call or message from her or the business.

I was involved in a hit and run accident, I took my vehicle here because my insurance suggested it, because I usually take it to the dealership, upon completion my windshield was cracked, I informed my technician right way while still at the shop, he stated that maybe a rock hit it, but when he looked he saw there was no way, he then stated that maybe because the vehicle sat out in the cold at the shop that the cold could've done it which is crazy. He then told me that they wasn't going to fix it and to contact my insurance company, which I did, I also contacted there manager and he told me there was nothing he could do. Unfortunately I had to pay another deductible for my windshield on top of the deductible I had just paid them. I few days day I had to bring my vehicle back because they forgot to hook back up the horn, a few days after that I had to come back yet again because my windshield wiper resivore was installed incorrectly, never again will I take it there. Not only did I have to pay for a hit and run drivers mistake, but I had to pay for there mistake also...

From the beginning, communication was extremely lacking. I did not receive any updates unless I repeatedly called the body shop myself. This made the process frustrating and inconvenient, as customers should not have to constantly chase information about their vehicle. I was eventually told that the car was ready for pickup, only to arrive and find that it was not actually finished. There was clearly missing paint in an area that should have been completed from the start. This was obvious and should not have been overlooked. I had to bring this issue to your attention, which was disappointing given that quality control should have caught something so noticeable. Because the repair was not done correctly the first time, I was forced to leave the vehicle and come back to pick up the car for a second time for work that should have been completed properly during the initial repair. This caused additional inconvenience and wasted time. Additionally, I dropped my vehicle off with a full tank of gas, but when I received it back, the fuel level was closer to three-quarters of a tank. I was not given any explanation for this, which only added to my frustration especially considering the other issues I experienced. Overall, this experience was very inconvenient and disappointing. Due to the poor communication, incomplete repairs, and lack of attention to detail, I would not recommend this location to others.

Caliber is the best place I hope you never have to deal with. Having a drunk driver hit my parked car was headache enough, but Caliber (and specifically Erik) made the whole process as seamless as possible in the circumstances. I always knew when things were happening, what I should anticipate next, and how long each step may take. Erik took time to explain things to me (both the process and why a particular part of the damage was extra bad news) and was super helpful in breaking into the trunk for our belongings when it was deemed a total loss. And even though a car is just a thing and nobody was hurt (thankfully!) I appreciated the compassion that came from Caliber throughout the whole ordeal.

Had an insurance claim, and Caliber was one of the higher rated local shops on the list of places I could take my car to, so gave them a shot. Glad I did! From the start, they were friendly, informative, and professional. I had my entire rear bumper replaced (2012 Civic) and they did an excellent job. Bumper looks great, paint matches perfectly. Not so much as an extra speck of dust in regards to when I retrieved my car after job completion. Both folks I directly interacted w/ (front desk and manager) were very kind and helpful. They kept me in the loop via (optional) texts throughout the process. What they charged the insurance company seemed very fair for the work. I also got the chance to briefly see how management, admin, and other staff interact with each other, and it seemed like one of those places where everyone is upbeat, glad to work there, dare I say, happy? Just good vibes all-around from the top down, which is rare, and can give someone confidence in how a place operates. It's hard to find trustworthy folks in this industry, but I felt they were sincere and genuine every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision, and will be back should I be in need of such services in the future!
