I had one successful repair done there before so I went back. Here’s the kicker...I was pretty certain my u joint was bad so I tried to have him replace it, but he said it was fine. Well, I just found myself broken down with my driveshaft on the road because my u joint failed. And Not to mention that I had also tried to get work done with the tie rods, which he said were fine. I was pretty sure this was wrong but I ignored it for a little while. Eventually I put new tires on and want to get them aligned, but guess what? They couldn’t do it without fixing tierod problem that still existed. Just a heads up to anyone considering going here. Yikes.

DO NOT GO HERE! PARTS ARE STOLEN FROM CUSTOMER CARS THE UNSECURED LOT EVERY COUPLE MONTHS. THEY WILL NOT WARN YOU OR DO ANYTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT ALTHOUGH THEY ARE LIABLE. Someone stole my catalytic converter while my car was in the shops possession last month. They act friendly but are only about the profits.

Mike and company are competent and straight with analysis and service. As seniors we really appreciate the transportation to and from the shop. We live fairly close. They have cared for my sister-in-law for many years so we knew their practices before we started with them. We appreciate them in the light of the kids of our original mechanic due to cancer.

I'm very Disappointed.I heard of this place through a good friend of mine.She got a really good car.I let him know.I was a single mom.I only had what I had which was 2000 and I got a car from them.I didn't expect to get a year out of it And it broke down three months later Saying the transmission is bad and i'm just out of luck being a single mom I even had somebody help me get that car By the grace of god and then this Here, I mean, no disrespect.I think Mike is a great person, but you don't do that. To a single mom struggling at that And it says professional auto sales, if it's a professional.You should know that the transmission is about to go out

Tired of Dealership Runaround? Try Professional Auto Service Instead! Every time I take my car to the dealership (looking at you, Cronin Ford), they schedule an appointment, I drop it off the night before, and then—like clockwork—I get a call around 4:30 p.m. saying they didn’t get to it. Of course, by that time, it’s nearly impossible to make a plan before they close. They always say they expect to get to it in the next few days. So honestly—what’s the point of having an appointment? Professional Auto Service is a completely different experience. I called and spoke with Nancy, who was fantastic. She actually calls back when she says she will—imagine that! She originally asked me to drop the car off Friday morning, but when I explained I had to work at 8, she was flexible and said I could bring it Thursday evening. She even took the time to explain exactly where the key drop was. When I arrived, I understood why she preferred Friday—the lot was absolutely full. Still, I dropped the keys and left the car. By 3 p.m. Friday, I got a call that the work was done—on time! And here's the kicker: the bill was way less than I expected. No upselling, no unnecessary repairs. They simply evacuated and recharged the A/C, confirmed there were no leaks, and got it blowing ice cold—almost puts frost on the inside of the windows now! Great service. Honest pricing. Done when promised. My brother recommended them, and now I’m telling everyone who’ll listen. They can be a little tricky to find the first time (they’re up on a hill behind the BP station), but they are 100% worth the effort.
