Have been a loyal client of Eurauto since the 1990’s. Usually as trusted care for vintage German cars, but also for any and all out-of-warranty work of every other car we’ve owned. Have never had an experience in which they haven’t exceeded my expectations. Succinctly, they only recommend what you need and if they recommend, do it. Their work will always be high-value. Called to see about bring my 330xi to be looked at for a possible blown head gasket, which I was more than willing to shell out a few grand possibly to fix if needed, but as I was trying to explain things "Tim" kept interrupting and finally I said if I could finish speaking I would like to have it diagnosed to see if that was the problem or something else, AGAIN Tim interrupted curtly to say take it elsewhere. Funny that I called the other day and "Tim" answered the phone and I was briefly telling him I thought it could be a blown gasket and I had asked him if I had to replace gasket or engine what a rough guesstimate and said possibly up to a few grand or more. Again I wasn't asking for a quote but just an idea of what to expect. He said it would be 150 to diagnose and that was why I called today as I live an hour away and was going to haul it there to get the process started. I WAS going to use this place based off the reviews, but thankfully Tim saved me the trouble of wasting my time. GOOD RIDDANCE

Tim Brockman's shop is knowledgeable and professional. They can handle routine maintenance as well as difficult issues in older as well as late model vehicles. They are car guys themselves and understand the importance of getting it right. In fact, several dealers send complex jobs to Eurauto rather than doing them in house! I cannot more highly recommend you bring your vehicle to Eurauto!

Watch out for this place I had them troubleshoot an issue I had with my 1984 BMW cluster speedo did not work one of them to troubleshoot it. When they test drove it, the speedo worked and it hadn’t worked for about two weeks prior. At this point, they decided to tell me that I needed other work done on my car, which I did not need them to do. Because the speedo worked when they test drove it, they did not even troubleshoot any loose connections, or shorts in the wiring harness. But they still charge me $200 to troubleshoot nothing. I feel like I’ve been ripped off.

My older BMW was leaking coolant and smelling of fuel. I called ahead to make a diagnostic appointment so we could see what was going on with the fuel smell and where the coolant was leaking. They didnt give me a set appointment time and told me I could bring it by whenever that day. I arrived around 9-10am and headed over to the coffee shop next door to wait for my car to be checked. I didnt receive any updates by 2pm so I called them to check on my car and there was no info they could provide because they hadn't even started checking it yet. I let the employee on the phone know it wasnt a big deal because I was just getting some work done at the coffee shop next door. He let me know the coffee shop closes at 3pm and he would reach back out to me to see if they could arrange for a loaner for me. 2:45pm comes around and no contact from the shop at this point so I called to ask about the loaner and it wasnt going to work out. No problem I can Uber or, at this point in the day, have my husband pick me up. After the coffee shop closes, I head over to just get an estimate on time so I know if I should Uber somewhere in the area or go home and come back to get it another day. My car is sitting out front and the employee at the desk tells me he had them put it back together because I was going to need it at 3pm when the coffee place closed. I told him that I never once even indicated that was the case and would be perfectly capable of finding transportation. He told me that I got the hour I paid for anyway, they werent able to find the reason for the fuel smell and if I wanted to leave it with them longer and give them more time they would look further. At this point, I was frustrated with the lack of communication and inability to diagnose so I told them I'd be taking my car and leaving. I get 2min down the road and get a phone call from them that my car is NOT put back together all the way, that there was a miscommunication between the desk employee and the mechanic and I needed to come back so they could reattach the panel piece for my interior door pull. Overall, not a pleasant experience. No new information on my car and terrible communication throughout the entire appointment. I went across the river to Bavarian Motor Service shortly after and they IMMEDIATELY found a leak in the fuel lines and replaced them. I will only be taking my BMW there or the dealership from now on. I will not be returning to Eurauto!

Jacob, is very experienced and knowledgeable about every question that I had. The prices are hard to beat. I was explained about the work and the price range before any work was done. Ladies, they speak the language we can understand. Which is one of many reasons that I would definitely RECOMMEND. I have a very low mileage 2020 BMW that had its brake fluid sensor activate. Dealership wanted to do a full blown service. Took the guy to these guys and they said the brake fluid looks great, reset the sensor (which is activated by time not wear) and sent me on my way. Awesome customer service!

This business is legit. They give you their honest opinion without feeling like they are pushing you into a decision, present you with multiple options, and in my first two experiences with them were also great communicators. They give great tips on maintenance both for work that they would benefit from (regular auto service work) as well as longevity tips for things that bring them no income but keep your car running longer. They completed a full engine replacement (broken valve) and assisted sourcing a great used engine option that fit my budget and had relatively low mileage, and are both personable and professional at each touch point with the customer, that being myself. Give them a chance, it’s great shop of both mechanics and front of house managers, thanks Eurauto!
