I have used Bear a couple of times and the service is beyond excellent. Not only do they provide preventative maintenance services, but they have also done some specialty work for me as well. Their turn around time is fantastic coupled with competitive pricing. Andrew did extensive research to make sure that I was getting the correct parts that were factory quality at the best price his supply contacts can provide him. Above and beyond the dedication to my specific mechanical needs, the customer service is untouchable. I don't know of another independently owned automotive business that will pick your car up wherever is convenient for you, and return it in a timely fashion. I couldn't ask for anymore from my mechanic and as long as Bear is around, I don't believe I will have to.

Andrew from Bear Car Care came to my office, picked up my car, serviced it, and dropped it off all in about 3 hours. I didn't have to plan my day around getting the car serviced. It was great! The prices were fair, and the work was first rate! I will definitely use Bear Car Care again, and I would recommend to anyone who needs a no-fuss car maintenance shop! I love this place! If any of my friends ever has a problem with their car I tell them to go here. Trevor and Andrew worked with me to find out what was wrong with my car and then helped me fix it. They picked my car up for me while I was at work and they dropped it off just a few hours later with no more squeaky brakes! I am beyond satisfied with the services provided, my experience in the process, and the price of everything. 1,000,000,000,000,00/10 stars!!!!!!!!!!!

I am consistently impressed by the service at Bear Car Care. I have been having my cars serviced with Bear Car Care for 5+ years now and won't go anywhere else for my car needs. Most recently (Sept 2023), I have had a frustrating indicator light issue that was tough to resolve. Trevor went above and beyond on each visit explaining the ins and outs of what was happening, including what to expect if the situation wasn't resolved. By far, Andrew and his staff are the most professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and affordable car mechanics in the area.

First time customer and was really WOW'd by Andrew and his team!! They did an amazing job trouble shooting my tire issue; ordered, installed new tires and completed an oil change in one day. Bear Car Care also looked over the rest of my car and made suggestions on items that may need attention in the future. Not once did they push any unnecessary service. These guys are awesome. EVERY time I have taken any vehicle to them it has been a pleasure. Each repair is quoted and completed in the time frame promised. The ability to pay online and drop off and pickup outside of business hours is a must for me. Came in with a loud exhaust; they very quickly determined thta some of the hardware holding the exhaust together had come loose and fallen off; they fixed the problem within the estimate and in a timely manner; this is my second time having something repaired by them and I will definitely use them for any future problems that may arise

Service was great, but the lights were left on in the car, switched from auto to on, and it smelled of smoke in the car. Good thing the battery still had enough to start it! That's never happened before! I didn't see a bill for this service though. Was there a charge?
