I cannot speak highly enough of Ron’s Auto Body. He was able to help as soon as we needed, talked us through our damages so we could understand, and in looking out for our best interest, actually counseled us not to keep our on-the-edge of totaled car. Rather than take the job and money, he made sure that we were taken care of. His integrity is really refreshing! He did, several years ago, fix one of our cars and did a beautiful job. We are in the process of buying a used car and I would not finish the deal without Ron taking a look and blessing it. Thank you Ron!!!

Amazing place with amazing people. I got into a hydroplaning accident a couple months ago and they were so helpful. When I dropped my car off, I didn't have a ride and was going to take the bus home in the snow, but they gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to stand in the snow. Super quick repairs. They even sent me a Christmas card. Great experience and a sweet shop dog!

After Mike's Car Wash ripped off my rear spoiler on my 2014 Mazda CX-9 and refused to pay for it, Ron's Complete Auto Body came to the rescue. Ron tried to get a used part to keep the cost down but after receiving 2 broken spoilers, we had to go with a new one. The car looks brand new again. Thanks Ron! They did a great job on my daughter's Buick LaCrosse as well.

The quality of work is stellar. The attention paid to the customer is outstanding. The line of communication to get updates on the process is always open. In the early months of the pandemic in 2020, our 2016 VW Golf Sportwagen was struck. A fairly-significant amount of damage was done (front bumper, hood, headlamp, fender, wheel, strut, door, paint, alignment). From a recommendation, I chose Ron's Complete Auto Body. I was greeted by Ron, who was very upfront about potential delays from supply-lines and insurance adjusters. Ron also said that he would use genuine parts from the manufacturer for the repairs; I was happy to hear that because I didn't realize some body shops may not adhere to the same standards of quality as Ron's Complete Auto Body. Ron and his employees are exactly the people you want to do the job right. After 9 months, our car is indistinguishable from the way it was prior to the accident. Ron's Complete Auto Body is the only shop I'll use for repairs in the future.

My daughter hit the front end of her car on a cement pillar while leaving her work parking garage back in August. Unfortunately it caused damage to the wheel well and the underbody of the car and was not drivable. She is a student and we live out of state. We needed a quick repair as she needed to travel 2 days later for a family issue. Ron was very gracious and got her car in the day I called. He worked for 2 days to get her car repaired and back in working order so she could make the trip. They even offered my daughter a ride to her campus apartment after she dropped the car off. To say we are appreciative of the ride and the quick, quality repair is an understatement. He was wonderful to work with and gave us such peace of mind being so far away.

I can't say enough about the thoughtfulness, precision, and expertise that Ron and his team provided during my car repair. I fought a parking garage and lost over the summer, which lead to damage in my front bumper, fender, headlight, and the side panel. Ron gave guidance from day one, walking me through the insurance claim process, and then working repeatedly with my insurance company to get the parts and quality that he needed, not to mention contacting the manufacturer directly to get the right paint formula, to be satisfied with the repair. Amidst all of this, we encountered multiple delays that were outside of our hands. Ron was patient, took every single one of my calls, and worked with me to return the car when he could between waiting for parts to arrive so that I could use it. He's earned my business should I ever pick another fight with concrete again, and I'd recommend him for his trustworthiness, fair pricing, and quality of work. I couldn't be happier.

Ron first worked on my car right after I purchased it. I’d only had my 2010 Mini Cooper a couple days when someone rear-ended me. It was not a great morning. I had the car transported to Ron and he replaced the bumper and seamlessly dealt with with the insurance company. Earlier this year, I finally decided to take care of some of the body issues on the Mini Cooper. They included foggy headlights, multiple chips around the car but mostly on the hood, a few rust spots on the roof, one of the racing stripe decals on the hood was cracked in the middle, the pan where my windshield wipers reside & the rubber gasket that ran along the bottom of the windshield was cracked and falling apart. When I met with Ron, I pointed out all of the areas that needed help. He was very honest, explained the processes involved in restoring my car and gave me a realistic timeline to get everything done. I wanted him to re-apply the white racing stripe decals to the hood. Again, he was honest and explained why he felt reapplying the decals was bad idea. He thought that a custom paint job on the hood would be the best solution given the age of the car and the fact that the decals degrade overtime. Well, he was 100% correct! When I picked up my Mini Cooper, I could see that he and his team did an amazing job with the restoration! Ron even and gave the Mini Cooper ornament on the front of the hood a refresh by retouching the black background and the clear coat. The headlights looked brand new and I loved the black and white racing stripes on the hood. A couple weeks after I picked up the car, a rock hit the hood and chipped the paint. I called Ron and he touched up the hood at no additional cost. It looks fantastic!

Needed the damage to the passenger side doors fixed after a van failed to yield and scraped the whole side of my car. I was worried parts would be hard to find and a pain to fix because my car is a 2014, Lexus CT200h which was discontinued in the U.S. in 2017. Called Ron’s and had him take a look at the car. He let me know I’d need a door replaced and that my insurance company (progressive) can nickel and dime auto body shops to fix the bare minimum (not replace door). Thankfully, Ron’s shop found a replacement door and my insurance paid all but $100. Edited to add, I really appreciated Ron taking the time to explain the damage, what needed to be fixed and his experience dealing with insurance companies. Just lots of great information that put my mind at ease. Very happy with the work from the Auto Shop from Ron and his techs. Vicki in the office was a joy to work with, she kept me informed with the progress and answered all my questions. Vicki dealt with all the back and forth with the insurance communicating with the rep, estimate adjuster, the pain to deal with calls! She even took care of calling the rental car coming to pick up the rental, saving me a trip to drop it off. Really appreciate it! If you need auto body work done go to Ron’s. They’re an honest business that will make sure your vehicle is fixed properly. I’ll be returning to get some minor body work fixed in the future. Thanks to everyone at Ron’s Complete Auto Body! Included pictures of fixed car and before with damage. They cleaned my car so well that it’s reflecting the parking space/ car parked next to it.

Earlier this year I hit a deer on my driver side door. Thankfully without hesitation, Ron and his were able to get it fixed. The staff is awesome and very welcoming. When I got the car back, you could’ve fooled me by saying it was brand new. The exterior was spotless! I’d say the estimated turnaround time was 2-3 weeks.
