My daughters car wouldn't shift out of park. I went to FB looking for someone to tow the car. Cruz replied that he could, so I messaged him. When I called him he was ready and actually got to the car before I did. After getting the car towed he said if I start taking the shifter off that I could send him the pictures and/or call him and he would help or he could even come back to help. He was very professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. I will definitely be using his services in the future and passing the word along.
