When I got my car back the work was perfect and it was WAY cleaner than when I dropped it off! Will use them again if i need an auto shop.

Me and my husband car (Chryseler 200 Sport) was in a hit and run back in May 2022. The car was a disaster and the insurance company we had was horrible. Mr. Mike and his team was excellent at helping us and getting our car fixed. I can't believe it. Our car look brand new like we got it off the lot. They even made sure our car had a chryseler symbol on it as it never did before. Not only did they repair our car but they cared and showed excellent service. We recommend them to anyone Good communication and excellent service. Also, the office lady she was very professional and not only did she do her job we can tell she love her job as well. Thank you John Hall team for getting our baby fixed!

I have never had a bad experience here. Extremely friendly and courteous, willing to go above and beyond to work with your insurance company to get the repairs approved, paid for and completed in a timely manner. One time I swung by with a broken mirror and they literally fixed it and did not even charge me. They know me, my Mom, my family and they always treat us great. The work they do is 100% perfect too. Wonderful all around. Thanks guys!

My experience with John Hall Body Shop was great. I have an old car with 270+ miles which was hit on the back passenger fender/bumper. Since damage was external I wanted cosmetic repair, no paint. The staff is very knowledgable, repair was done in a few hours and the price was reasonable. I recommend to anyone.

I hate leaving negative reviews for small businesses, but felt it necessary to share my experience. Made the mistake of bringing my car here for minor repairs (fender repair + bumper respray). The body work was done OK, but when respraying my fender, the bodyshop applied way too much paint/clearcoat, causing tons of drips on the fender (10+ drips on one fender). I brought this up to the bodyshop manager who offered to 'make things right' and asked me to return the next day. He proceeded to try and buff all of the drips out. The flash photo was taken AFTER their 2nd attempt. They offered to try and fix it again, but after over a month in the shop, I simply don't trust this place to fix things the right way, and cant see how a bodyshop would feel comfortable letting a car leave their shop like this. They cut a number of corners elsewhere doing the work, but this is their most egregious mistake. Unfortunately I'm out $1,300, and have to take my vehicle to another shop.

I give Cheyenne and her crew a 5 star rating due as for the 5 star treatment and service I received while having my newer Subaru repaired this week. Cheyenne was great to work with, and made the process super smooth. The quality of the work, equally superb. I was able to pick my car up with ease, and it was detailed to the nines. Jerry and Cheyanne at the shop have gone above and beyond to help our son and his car. From replacing his bumper to helping with his skid plate that Take 5 lost the bolts to and fell off while he was driving. He's in college and they have really gave us a piece of mind by going above and beyond to help us.
