We have been taking our vehicles to Santos Auto for YEARS!!! Over the years, we've had everything from a new engine installed to oil changes. Tony and his staff are knowledgeable, professional and honest. Recently, we took a new car (used) car over for inspection to make sure the purchase was a smart one and they were very thorough in their diagnostics. Santos Auto is timely and reasonably priced for their work they perform and always upfront and honest. I HIGHLY recommend this local, owner operated business!

Grateful to support a local business! I was able to walk home after dropping the car off. However, the estimate did not include labor which was a little concerning because the final cost was much higher than anticipated. Most places do not charge for diagnostic services when you get the services completed at their business, but Santos does ((shrug)). Overall customer service was great and the car seems to be running well. I just recommend clear estimates of ALL costs when calling customers about recommended services.

The guys here are definitely knowledgeable and honest!!! My wife and I have brought our cars here multiple times and left completely satisfied.... Believe me, good mechanics are hard to find, and I feel fortunate to have found them. I work nights, so when I miss a call from them, Becky is so nice to text and fill me in on what they found. I do not hesitate to take my cars in to them, a real old-school type of feel, with new-school know how. Give these guys.... and gals a shot they'll have you up and running in no time.

I was recommended Santos by a friend. My car had suddenly become dangerous to drive so I had it towed on a Sunday night. By Monday morning I was in talks with them on options to help my situation. Not only were they giving me a steal on prices(easily save 200+ on this repair), but they were extremely honest. They were so quick and responsive, especially when their car lot looked full so I know they were busy. They have a customer for life now.

Joe and the folks at Santos are the absolute best. After sitting for 20 years my car was dead. These folks brought it back to life and it’s back on the road in much less time, and at much less expense, than I had anticipated. Joe advised me to prioritize repairs in a specific order to make sure all was well and I’m glad he did. I couldn’t imagine taking my car anywhere else.

This use to be my favorite place of trust with my Mercedes. But after a couple more visits, I really notice they had no clue as to fixing anything major with my SL55 AMG. My transmission had gave out on me, and instead of just sending it to their transmission specialists at Highland Transmissions, Mr. Tony charged me a hefty $600 dollars for enabling my car to run another 24hrs then right back to the same thing. He knew the trans was shot when he diagnosed it the first time and should have sent it off! But no... they knew I had the money and rather make a buck off of me and THEN knowing I’ll be back in less than two days later and recommend I allow them to send it to their guys down the road. Smh!! My warranty covered the cost but I feel Santos robbed me of $600! And the last time I took it in for a hydraulic ABC fix, they made it worse than what it was from the beginning! The chassis no longer raised and lowered as it's designed and suppose to. It ended up sagging on the rear passenger side rubbing the wheel well within a week. They charged me over $4100 for a job they didn’t even fix only to make it worse. And because of it, I traded my most favorite car in, being too scared of any further issues that would have me HAVING to seek the dealers handling. Thumbs down on Santos for a Mercedes of high value and hydraulics. Maybe these guys can fix a Toyota. In response to your reply, you DO have me on file! How you know you don't as there's no name above but an email name?? My name is Alondo Brown. And I'm VERY sure your technicians remember this vehicle! Nice try.

Went to two other shops to diagnose and price out a repair on my aging car, but ultimately went with the charm that is Santos Auto Service Co. Did an overnight drop off, received a call early the following day with a diagnosis and three cost options for repair.
