Brandon and AJ are great to work with at the counter! I had a rear bearing go bad on my car. I scheduled an 8am appointment to take a look at it. They test drove it and confirmed the issue. Then, made a plan to fix the same day. Left the store at 8:45AM and got a call that my car was ready by noon. The noise was gone and my car was back and happy to be on the road again. I was able to work with them on a fair price within my budget. I recommend doing research on current CAR-X coupons as there's usually a discount or special being run. Thanks to the team here getting my car back on the road. I'm considering making this location my regular spot for all my car-care needs.

Found out what the problem was with my tire indicator light coming on so frequently it was hitting pot holes at high speeds along with hitting curbs that caused the tire indicator light to stay on. I also learned other problems with my Honda during a routine check up because my vehicle has high mileage. I need shocks and there is a transmission leak. Not happy to learn these problems but the transmission Michel Tires pointed this out as well. Honda HRV 2017 EXL

Hey so I went in for a drive belt tensioner that should cost $70 but they charged me 242$ a serpentine belt that should cost 30-50 they charged me 154$ don’t go to them they are crooks

So called this company on Saturday and AJ the manager spoke with my son and prices tires to be mounted and balanced at 50.00 each plus tax and this morning I called and spoke to AJ the manager and his story has changed my tires have to be brand new or he cannot provide me with services. And I am less than an be block away from this shop. My tires have less than 1000 miles on them also.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Service at Xpress Pro Tire & Auto! I was in from out of town when my car started making some troubling noises. Knowing I was probably due for some work, I took it into Xpress Pro Tire & Auto (Smith Road) and I’m so glad I did. Maurice and his team were phenomenal. I ended up needing new brakes, pads, rotors, and bearings—something I had suspected before my trip—but they took the time to walk me through everything. They didn’t just tell me what needed fixing—they showed me directly on the car, which made me feel informed and confident about the repair. Even though they were clearly busy and this was a major job, they found a way to fit me in the same day. They even stayed late to finish the work and gave me plenty of time to test drive the car, both around the city and on the freeway, before I hit the road again. That kind of dedication and customer care is rare. Yes, it was a big repair—but their pricing was very fair and totally in line with what I would’ve paid at my regular shop back home. On top of that, everyone was professional, friendly, and completely honest throughout the process. If I lived in Cincinnati, this would absolutely be my go-to shop. As it stands, I’ll be back in November to visit friends—and to take advantage of the tire sale Maurice mentioned. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great people. Great work. Great experience. Highly recommended.

I have had all of these services! and it didn’t take care of the issue for me at the time! But it did take more of my money 💰 AJ the manager that was there the first and second time wasn’t there anymore! So I trust my judgment to the new manager recommendation For service needed not good advice! More money vehicle still not working and up to one at home in my driveway. PS also said I could drive it home once I left. The parking lot is stopped and I was stuck on the side of the road and when I called him, all he could say is that I would pay for your toll in the meanwhile I’m sitting in the hot Sun waiting for a tow truck for two hours. I will never return for service and Norwood bad customer service money wasted.

It's interesting that my wife goes to this place and gets a oil change and when she picks it up the battery is dead. I've had this truck for going on 3 years and this has never happened during a oil change when I take it to my regular people. It may be this place or they created a new problem somehow, I don't know but now it died on me 3x since coming to this place. I will not return nor my truck. I don't leave lights on and even the alternator is only a year old. Before Xpress l, it was called this is was something else and had trouble with them as well. So I'm not happy, go at your own risk.

This was my first visit to Xpress Pro. I was very happy with the service that I received as well as the price that I paid for my oil change. I called to see if they could possibly squeeze me in and they were able get me in within the hour. I got there right at my appointment time and they took my car immediately. Brian and Maurice were both so kind and welcoming. Maurice explained the light that was illuminated on my dashboard and what it meant. He explained the next steps that I would need to take to investigate it further and the cost associated with it. I was very happy with his professionalism and his honesty. I will definitely be taking my car back to them in the near future.
