The worst ever they bait and switch said my bill would be 89$ then gave me a bill for 232$ for freon in my car. Then the guy before me had the same problem had his breaks done and was told one thing but charged a higher amount. And appointments mean nothing so don't bother making one. Will never go there again. Cheaters

I was ripped off big time. I was told that a bracket would be replaced to secure the exhaust. but they cut the exhaust and reconnected it with a piece of pipe about a foot long. I was charged 150.00 including 12.00 for shop fee. I will never return to your shop. No repeat business from me or my friends.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! They took an entire week just for a diagnosis test, the lost ALL my information and pulled up to my home address to retrieve it. I brought my vehicle in bc it wouldn’t start, that was THE ONLY issue , after a diagnosis test they told me it’s smoked very bad, backfires and I need an engine. None of these issues happened before I took them my car. This place is ghetto. They don’t answer. No one is ever in the front office to help. Highly DO NOT recommend !!!!!!!!!

very rude customer service. Caught at 9:30 asked about an oil change and asked to schedule it. He stated they don’t take appointments And that i could walk in. I get there and although it’s a very small space, it takes him about five minutes to even greet me. I ask him about an oil change, and he states that they are all out of oil. who runs out of oil at an auto shop? It just sounds like you didn’t want my business and that’s fine. I don’t want You touching my car either

I had went in for an oil change and tire rotation with a coupon. The tire rotation wasn't completed as planned and then they tried to mislead me. After questioning them about it I was then told it was a free service due to the coupon. My response was do you normal not complete the free service when asked to do so. Ultimately I was inconvenienced and had to bring my truck back in and watch them to ensure I was getting what I paid for. Won't return. The bad part, I am a general manager with a fleet (10+) vehicles that need a service company. Will not send them to this location.

We chose Meineke Car Care Center because it is a trusted company name. They serviced our front brakes & rear brakes & installed calipers & rotors. But now we can stop on a dime. This was a major repair & required five hours of patients but completed in the same day. We are satisfied & will return in the future if needed.

Took way too long. Didn't have a sign saying they didn't accept cash. No one else in the shop with me yet a oil change took almost 2hrs. Saw worker putting tires back on without rotating when that was also included.
