Joe took care of putting tires on my F150 the other day. I dropped it off in the morning and it was done before the end of the day as promised. I couldn't make it over to pick it up and had to leave it overnight and pick it up in the morning. Well, Joe packed up all the valuables that were in the truck bed to make sure nothing was stolen overnight. He went over and above normal customer service as he always does for me. This place never disappoints and I recommend that everyone go there. Best prices in town too. Highly recommend!! Thanks Joe!!

I used Parkway Automotive when it was still located downtown and remembered great service those many years ago. So when deciding to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used car last week, I was glad to learn they offer this service. I had never heard of doing a PPI, but it literally saved us at least $1500 in what would have been immediate repairs. We still ended up proceeding with the purchase, but having a complete picture about the actual state of the vehicle was invaluable. The dealership had falsely posted in the car's listing that their own mechanics had done an inspection, implying it was good to go. Thanks to Ben at Parkway, we discovered that was not the case, and the dealership ended up agreeing to major repairs in order to secure the sale. Lesson learned: take a pre-purchase inspection seriously (we learned that dealerships will absolutely allow you to drive their vehicles to a third-party mechanic) and take it to see Ben at Parkway Automotive for a genuine hour of scrutiny and review. Thank you!

Parkway Automotive did a great job walking me through the issue with my Jeep and explaining the repairs that were needed. After the repair I had a temporary start/stop warning/service light. I knew that could happen after the repair work and that the system would recalibrate after driving a day or two.
