My daughter was in a car accident with my car and my insurance company recommended Mike's Body Shop. Mike called me when my car was at the garage, explained the process to me, the parts, the work time and updated me accordingly on the status of my car. I was out of town when my car was finished, so he was kind enough to come into the shop on the weekend to give me my car. There was one small part missing by the windshield wiper, but he told me that he would call me when it's delivered and I could stop by and he could replace it. I even noticed that the interior of my car was cleaned, this was an added bonus. And, there was a small panel in the dashboard that was broken and is now fixed! I am very impressed with the excellent customer service and my car looks as good as it did when I bought it! Thank you to the team at Mike's Body Shop for all that you have done. I will recommend this shop to everyone!

I have teenagers, which means I have high car insurance and the inevitable need for Mike's services. If you are in need of a body shop I highly recommend trusting Mike with your vehicle. Despite labor and part shortages Mike handled the damage on my car in a timely manner the best they could. Even with delays on receiving parts he was realistic with the timeline for repairs and when I could expect to have my car back. Upon receiving my car it was cleaned and detailed on the inside and exterior. I could not tell that there was prior damage where I was hit. Do not be fearful of letting this shop fix your car because I have been met with nothing but professionalism and experience from doing business with Mike.

Mike has gone above and beyond what any bodyshop owner would be reasonably expected to do, for me. I will never take my car anywhere else for bodywork. When I needed a bumper replacement a few years ago, he was quick helpful, and fair. He worked with my insurance company and took a lot of the stress off of me. Last year, I needed another bumper replacement, but let insurance recommend a different location (liberty collision), thinking "I'll probably get the same level of service". Gaps in the panel, missing fender skirts, boxes of parts left in the car. Bad service. Not too long after getting this repair, my bumper fell off. We took it back to Liberty Collision in Norwood again to have them review the work done, where the owner refused to service the car under the labor warranty, and after we asked them to consider the warranty we were told there was nothing they could do. We took the car back to Mike's after Liberty Collision refused to service it, and he discovered that Liberty had done a hack job on the car. Pieces were glued together that shouldn't be, pieces were outright missing like a plastic shield guard. It turns out Liberty fell short of quality standards, and it didn't sit right with Mike. Instead of just charging us for a new bumper and sending us on our way, Mike took it upon himself to correspond with our insurance agency in order to have them review the shoddy work done at Liberty. Mike met with our insurance adjuster, and pointed out many failings on the part of the previous repair. Mike took it upon himself to ensure that Liberty Collision in Norwood was responsible for the damages, he didn't charge us a dime. Mike has integrity and a moral standard you do not find in every shop.

I had a great experience with Mike's Body Shop this winter. I took my car in with some exterior damage. Mike's was able to get it looking like new for the reasonable quoted price. I was also planning to catch an Uber after dropping off my car, but the owner was kind enough to drop me off at home a short distance away. When I came to pick the car up, they had the entire exterior spiffed up despite the bad weather. I would definitely recommend! (Before / After photos posted)
