I had an oil change scheduled with Protech and included with the service was a thorough multipoint inspection along with pictures. The inspection identified some concerns I needed to address and Protech was quick to notify me with the inspection results. They are very transparent with the customer and the pictures go a long way in supporting what they've found. I like the fact they informed me first and gave me the opportunity to decide what repairs to make. The oil change went smoothly and did not take long at all. The payment process was easy and quick. I would highly recommend Protech to service your vehicle.

I took my vehicle to Protech for an electrical issue with the car. I dropped it off and to my surprise they offered me a free shuttle ride home to wait for the diagnosis of the issue to be resolved. To my great pleasure and relief the issue was resolved quickly and received a call saying that my vehicle was repaired and they once again offered me a shuttle back to their shop. By happenstance, I had the great fortune of my insurance company placing my vehicle with ProTech for repairs. Not only did they handle the nuisance of going back and forth with the warranty company, they kept me informed on everything! I cannot speak to the longevity of the repair as it was completed one day ago. But it seems the AC compressor issue has been fully resolved. We shall see how long it lasts but thankfully the full replacement came with a 3 year / 36k mile warranty. So there is piece of mind from Protech. They are quick to answer, honest about their pricing and findings of vehicle issues, and speak with transparency no matter what. The cost could not have been much lower anywhere else for the same work so you might as well pick Protech to ensure it will be done right with quality components.

What Wonderful service. My daughter’s car broke down. I contacted ProTech hoping to get her car in for service expecting delays as I had been told were ongoing from other automotive repair companies. I was so pleasantly surprised when they said that they could get the car in that day to determine the problem. By the end of that first day, we knew what was wrong and they had a plan for repair the next day. It was repaired and she was on the road again. Everyone was so nice so helpful. Lauren walked us through the process. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are and what an amazing job they did.

Bought my car from Wyler & only had it serviced there for the first two years Ive had it as they offered free oil changes. After that was up, I brought my car here for the next oil change. They discovered my under engine shield was missing most of the hardware and was just kind of wedged up there. I hadn't hit or run over anything to sustain this damage, suspected mishandling from previous shop. Ive had protech handle the replacement shield, and returned a month later for more work that my car needed. Their pricing aligns with market value and theyre sweet people. I appreciate that they show pictures with the inspection so you know theyre not BSing you with problems that are found.

Purchased my own tires and made a appointment to get them installed. Called 2 days before to confirm appointment since we were leaving on a trip shortly after. Said yes you’re on the schedule. The day before near closing time protech called me asking what tires I wanted to purchase? Confused I told them I bought own quality name brand tires which I confirmed to them 2 times. They said they won’t install customer supplied parts not even a headlight bulb. My guess is they just want a large markup on tires. I’ll say again I confirmed the details 2 times on 2 separate phone calls. They wasted my time leaving me no time to get my tires installed at another shop that communicates better. Protech might be a good shop but they wasted my time and gave me the run around. Will not return.

They did not do me wrong. I had a quick oil change place try to get me to replace something. I did not trust them so I came to protech. They did testing and informed me that nothing was wrong with that. I did need a few others things though and with how prices have lately been I was surprised how cheap the service was.
