I struggle to find the words to write this review, because Brian and Kelly did something most meaningful to me - they literally saved my summer. I was on a cross-country road trip in my Dodge camper van when suddenly it broke down in Cincinnati. On a Sunday, I was very lucky to find that Vogt Auto was one of the only mechanics open. Though they specialize in VW restorations, Kelly said it was no problem for me to have my van towed there. Though it turned out my repair was extensive and ended up needing the entire back end and driveshaft replaced, I was treated like family while I was there - they went above and beyond, even letting me sleep in the van in the lot. This is not a big corporation you're dealing with -- this is a family-run business and it shows! Brian was forthright in letting me know what he was seeing as he went through the investigations, and after the repairs were completed, he gave me a detailed breakdown of the entire work he performed, the parts he ordered, and his hourly rate - a fair price for saving my summer. I can't thank them enough.

First rate repair service. I had just purchased this '75 Beetle and since they had some past experience having installed the engine, I made the trip from the Pisgah area down I-71 for additional repairs (heater cable restoration, sway bar repair). I'm not only happy for the work performed, I was happy for the additional advice received. It's now tuned-up, door handles repaired, and electrical issues improved. Easy to get to off of the Dana Ave. exit.
