If I could give them a zero, I would. My husband had a terrible experience. He spent thousands of dollars and the problem was never fixed. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all!!!!!!

Went in for a clutch replacement(with no fluids leaking) because they quoted a solid $600 cheaper than most other places, which was due to them not understanding the whole assembly has to be replaced on MINIs. Ended up paying the same amount as reputable shops. The next day my car dumps all of its coolant on the highway due to them routing the coolant house onto the super hot turbo heat shields. They fixed that and I was on my way, until my car started leaking oil. Took it back expecting them to fix it for free given the first screw up, but received a $200 invoice upon picking up my car. Still saw drips under the car but assumed it was condensation until my low coolant indicator came on. Took it back and now the water pump needs replacing. These guys single handedly totaled my car through either malicious or illiterate work. Either way avoid at all costs.

VW TDI timing belt water pump service. I never got the “oh it’s a vw, oh it’s a tdi, we’re not equipped to do that” line. Rob is knowledgeable and customer focused. He identified a bent wheel during tb service that explains my highway speed symptoms and he offered solutions. They did use the wrong (orange) coolant when they topped it off after the service (vw g12 is bright pink). After a quick phone call they assured me it’s perfectly fine to use the orange but offered to flush the system and put g12 in if I’d like. I’m sure it would be fine but I’m particular about fluids so I’ll be taking them up on it. As a shade tree guy that doesn’t have time to diy anymore I can give 5/5 easily due to their professionalism, knowledge, price, and customer service. I seem to have found a good place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE . I brought my car there driving and want to get my check engine light off and they he my car for 2 weeks and could not fix the problem. Then they called me and said I should take it to the dealer . When I went to pick it up it did not drive and they did not want to work with me at all. THEY WERE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Took my car in after trying to repair a power steering line and failing. left the skid plates off and the exhaust unhooked so that they wouldnt have to go through the tear down process again. Quoted me a price on Friday then called me first thing Monday morning to tell me that he'd quoted the wrong part and it would be more. (from original quote of around 350 now to 400 to 500.) I said as long as it was under 500 that it was fine. After not hearing anything from them for 4 days (the car was suppose to be done in one) I called them and now the job was going to cost me over 600 because they didnt know they what was involved in doing the job that they quoted me. Had the car five days, did manage to fix the power steering line but left the exhaust (that they wouldve had to have removed to do the job) unhooked because he "worked" the price down to the price we'd agreed upon. (which ended up being 529 after taxes.) Guess theres a reason Ive lived 3 minutes from this garage for the last 12 years and have never taken my cars there. would not recommend.

Terrible experience! Quoted me decent price for a power steering pump of which I was told I could pick up my car that day, got a call later on in the day saying they didn't realize it was the wrong part and i may not be able to pick my car up (I am a one car household) after telling them I could not do that he told me he would put my car together and charge me for the work done which was nothing. After arguing with the man he finally finished my car. A month later still had issues with my car, took it back had them look at it to tell me it was another part, now about 6-7 months later..the pump is still leaking and needs to be replaced. I will never go back and do not recommend to anyone, service is terrible and the employees are extremely rude
