Paid over $1600 for service on my car. Explained to them I had a rattling sound coming from the front passenger tire, needless to say it was NEVER fixed correctly. Charged me to fix something that didn’t need to fixed and I’m still having the same problem

I took my car here and asked them to put my timing belt that I had on the car. They did not do it. Instead charged me 700 dollars and never fixed my car. I tried to get my money back they refused. I pushed my car home from his shop. He will rip you off in a heart beat.

First time experience. I was referred by my brother. There were many cars on the lot, so I was worried that my car may not be serviced for days. However, I received very fast service. I called first and arrived 20 minutes later. As soon as I arrived, Chris performed a coolant system pressure test as I watched. No leak found, so I left my Prius overnight. The next day, the electric water pump was determined to be only partially working, which explained the intermittant overheating issue. A new replacement pump was ordered. It arrived 2 business days later and was installed right away. Even though they are not Prius specialists, 2 Guys and a Garage did not hesitate to take on the challenge. Repairs were performed at a very fair price. Thank you Chris and Guy! I highly recommend this car repair business.

I originally called because Autozone said that my father's car needed a new alternator and not a battery. Guy diagnosed it and was not the alternator it just needed a new battery. Many garages today would have just taken advantage of an elderly man changed the alternator and then say it needs a new battery too. Guy was honest and was looking out for the customer not for the dollars. True honest mechanic is refreshing to find for once. First time there and now will be bringing all my cars to him.

I was there to pick up my uhaul, uhauls system crashed nationwide during the time so I waited 2 hours to finish my rental transaction. Though if I used my cash it would’ve been way quicker but I had a goal to earn points on my credit card. I cannot remember his name but he was calm the whole time! We were all frustrated but he made it worth the 2 hour wait! I work customer service so I know how frustrating technology issues can be, he kept a professional, funny attitude the whole time. Thank you from the two PA folks.

Can't say enough good things about my experience. Fast, friendly service. Honest owners. Reasonable prices. I have been searching for a new garage to take my vehicles to and this is it. Not to mention it's only about 10 minutes from my house. I would recommend them to anyone.

I took my car in to have a timing belt put on. Actually just needed adjusted. He told me that's not the issue and charged me $700 to do investigative work. I pushed my car home after that. Do not trust these guys. It's a scam job. I see your reply. Look under Jenni ball 2001 tiburon. The records are there. You claimed it was brain. But it was not that either. I paid you $700 and nothing was fixed on my car. I pushed it off your lot just like i pushed it in I contacted this person back. He tried pulling me back into a money pit. After thinking on it a couple days I chose not to get ripped off again. They never called back. If I'm not refunded I'll file a complaint with the better business bureau.

This place told me my car had numerous oil leaks one of which would be over 1,000 in labor alone. Even after taking it in there and telling them that I was pretty sure it was power steering fluid leaking because when I turned my wheel all way to the left it squealed and poured out fluid. So I let them fix one oil gasket which cost me almost $340. Still have leaking no oil loss thought. Midas had my car 30 minutes turned the wheel back and forth and saw the power steering fluid pour out. So I really needed a power steering pump. So $491 on that. Wish I would if got a second opinion before I let these "mechanics" rip me off."FOLLOW UP" just got off the phone with the owner who refused to give me my money back said my car was leaking oil but not losing it!! Really you told me it was covered in oil when I brought it to you but it wasn't "losing" oil. Also was told I should of brought it back in when it was still leaking I guess so they could of told me it was the gasket by the timing chain so I could of gave him $1000 for a problem that didn't exist. Live and learn I guess. I'll did with big chains from now on who back up there work...

Went to the garage a 2 months ago, car kept overheating. Great customer service and reasonable prices, but problem wasn’t solved until after radiator was flushed and replaced, and all that seemed to be needed was head gasket shaved at machine shop down the road, but I am not a car expert and this may be incorrect. Problem was complicated and not straightforward, but was fixed after a month of going in and out of shop. Nonetheless, we were treated with respect and care and the guys were very friendly, even went out of their way to clean up the engine with carbon buildup and other maintenance. Not meant to be negative review, I will be going back for further maintenance in the future!!

My car broke down on Friday headed towarded them they looked at it on Monday even after the owner has said that they wouldn't be able to look at it until middle of last week but on that first day they looked at it they already figured out one issue with it and figured it out on the second day and I was able to have it the day before Thanksgiving. They got everything done in a timely manner the pricing was fair and I would recommend these guys to everybody and I will be visiting them every time there's an issue with my car. great customer service

THE OWNER, GUY MORENO WRECKED MY CAR AND REFUSED TO PAY FOR IT. WOMEN, RUN HE SEEMS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US MORE. The proof is in the reviews. Comedic after I posted this a year ago all these positive reviews started populating lol. Brought my car here just for an assessment of a suspension issue. After wrecking it He never called the cops, he called a tow truck and was back to the garage before he even called to inform me of the accident. He refused to give me any of his insurance information. I was FORCED TO USE MY INSURANCE because he told me multiple times he didn’t want his rates going up. I can only assume that he didn’t call the cops because he stated to me that he does fleet work for the police department that would have responded to the scene of the accident. Not a good look for his business with the north college hill PD. I have no idea what kind of work this guy does but he still owes me 11/12/2023 he wrecked my car 10/03/2022. Not a person I would want to do business with. I’m sure he wouldn’t have handled the situation with a man this way. FYI: this review has gotten hundreds of views but it resets every time I update it. This is to help protect us as consumers from doing business with shady people.

i had called a few times regarding a personal vehicle. whoever answered the phone had a highly-unpleasant tone, and did not seem apt to assist. not only that, but when I had called back shortly later: no answer, nor a returned call. they definitely lost a customer, especially with their overpriced service. 👎

Absolutely terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner took his precious time pursuing us that he could get the job done. Had the car towed in on a Sunday night which we had discussed. It is now Wednesday afternoon. We’ve called multiple times, no answer. Had to literally use my girlfriend’s car just to drive 13 minutes away to get an update on my car…. Once I got there, I saw that my car had not even been worked on. Now I’m currently trying to get it towed to another mechanic and they still aren’t even answering the phone so that I can simply tell them to leave my keys in the car…. So now I have to drive BACK! This is absolutely pathetic. Terrible terrible experience. Playing with peoples time, and wasting gas money for nothing! DO BETTER!!!!! **THEY LIKE TO TRY AND ACT AS IF THEY CANNOT FIND YOUR NAME IN THE SYSTEM WHEN IT COMES TO BAD REVIEWS. We’re not idiots. We know who we’re doing business with.**** DO NOT COME HERE, make sure you read reviews first guys.

Avoid this place at all costs! Its been over 2 months since my car has been towed here. Called multiple times the guy didnt even return my call. Kept making excuses on why my car was not ready. But pressed me on a down payment. Very unprofessional will never use this place for my car care needs again!
