I was VERY disappointed with this company. I had a visit by a technician and was given an estimate to replace the bottom seal on both my 18 foot and 9 foot garage doors. I was scheduled to have the parts installed on 4 separate occasions. On each occasion I was called AFTER the time window I was given and informed that they could not do the service that day because they did not yet have the parts. I wasted a total of 18 hours on 4 separate days waiting for the service only to be informed that it would not be provided those days. I have cancelled my order and requested a refund of my deposit. I will not use this company for any services required in the future.

I stopped to have my turn signal replaced. The guy charged me $25 only to have it blow almost immediately. When I went back, he said it was probably a lose connection and would have to make an appointment. When I suggested it blew because he didn't use gloves, he laughed and said he didnt need to. Took it somewhere else next day, and got it changed for another$25. Guy used gloves and replaced two screws that the other dude left off. Would not recommend this place.

I paid for a job that they told me I needed so I thought it was fixed after I paid them for the job. 6 months later I went to tire discounter and they couldn't do an alignment on my car because the work the neighborhood garage was never done.

This is the only shop that repairs, all 3 of my vehicles. They keep my vehicles running strong. I maintain my vehicles so they last. Tim, Carl and Brian all know me and my vehicles. I trust them to diagnose my vehicles issues and repair them correctly. Yes, they are a busy shop so plan accordingly. Well worth the wait, if they can’t get you in immediately. Highly recommend for diesel repairs and diagnostics. My 2000 Ford F-250 7.3 turbo diesel with 320k+ miles, 2007 Hyundai Tucson 280k+ miles and 2006 Saturn Ion only gets touched by this shop and so should your vehicles.

020926 nice guys, $90 an hour labor rate, say they back their work 12 months 12,000 miles. But, I am still not impressed by them. In my humble, old school, opinion they are not mechanics. They cannot think outside "the box" or just don't want to. So I am told, with modern cars, all most "mechanics" know to do is plug the car into the computer, it tells you what is wrong & what to replace, you do the work, do the math (hourly rate & parts mark up which is also figured out for you by the computer) & you are done.

The Neighborhood Garage Tuned my car up, and put some Windshield Wiper Blades on the car, and checked my left front tire. They did a good job on my car. Previously had done some other work, I had a oil leak, and they did a good job then. I would go back for more work if needed.

Car wouldn't start,they told me it was bad battery.I pick up car still doesn't start. Told me come back a couple hours later they said I needed a new starter,I told them I just put a starter in they insisted it was starter.Well it wasn't the starter.The battery wasn't tightened down.People are untrustworthy and have become shady over the years. Never again and wouldn't recommend

I paid for both front control arms to be fixed and drove out feeling that my car was fine. Took my car to different shop a year later and they showed me my control arms were never replaced. This garage done a lot of work for me but I found out they lie about the work they do.
