Extremely rude. It has a very long time since my last oil change and my oil was slumped. I lost my job several months ago and have been severely struggling financially. A friend changed it twice for me but but car maintenance has not been a priority this year. I was told my oil but really bad then he looked on car fax to tell me how long since my last oil change. I know it's been long, I didn't ask for that as if I need it announced. Then said unless someone changed it in your driveway then it would say it on car fax. I think that was so rude. Then said my car wasn't worth putting anymore money into it wasn't going to last much longer because of the oil and the fact that I don't keep up up maintenance. He even said because of the condition of the body. Yeah my car is dented up alot but that doesn't affect it running. Saying that along with the driveway remark just really says snobby. Don't put services on groupon if you don't want poor people in your shop. Like I said my oil was very bad but it was unnecessary to bet rude, and judge me because in today's economy i can't afford 80 dollars for an oil change.

I got a full service oil change back in September. They left my air filter out of my car and the box for it empty. I didn't catch it until I had to jump start a friend today in mid-December and happened to check, so I've been driving filterless for months now. No one else has been under the hood since. I was initially happy they didn't try and upsell me on a new one, but now I'm realizing they probably just forgot to, and in doing so forgot my ENTIRE FILTER. Guess thats what you get for coupon pricing. Bummer. I should add that I know 100% it was there before the service, because I put a brand new one in myself not a month prior in August.

I have received two oil change services from meineke in West Chester. I have been very pleased with their service. You do have to make an appointment ahead of time for an oil change but it's worth it and I think they are only open Monday through Friday. They offer great deals on Groupon and do quality work. The best part is that after they finish, they send a digital report to your phone with information about what your car needs soon, not so soon, and then what is in good working order. Red light, yellow light, green light. The whole process is very transparent and reasonable. I recommend it.

Called in to get an appointment for an oil change. The guy by the name of Zack immediately told me that they were filled up for the rest of the week but not even 30 seconds after that he went from saying that they were filled up for the rest of the week too then he wouldn't be able to get me in for over 2 and 1/2 Weeks. FOR AN OIL CHANGE! I've NEVER had this happened anywhere. So I set the appointment just in case and made a couple of phone calls and went ahead and was able to go somewhere else immediately and get my oil changed full synthetic $45! Needless to say I cancelled and I will not be making appointments here in the future!!!

I had an amazing experience! I purchased a discounted voucher for an Oil change on Groupon and they immediately accepted it and took my car in! Took about 20 mins and at the end they gave me valuable information about my car! They offered to check my oil if Im ever in the area and told me when I should be next due for another oil change! Terrible. Scheduled me an appointment almost 3 weeks out, when my boyfriend arrived with the car they said they will try to squeeze my car in and said it was scheduled as a drop off(absolutely NOT!) wanted to scan the Groupon prior to completing the service. So my boyfriend left, we did not get our oil changed here. Will never come back, always stick with Valvoline, they are fast and perform a quality service. Meineke was an awful experience, no wonder why the Groupon was for a $32 full synthetic oil change. You get what you pay for.

Very friendly and completed the work as expected. Even did a double check for me when I asked without grimacing (I have seen other auto shop personnel do this) as I was concerned with traveling for the holiday. While I sat waiting on my car, the manager was so nice and did her best to help the customers while also working on the cars. I will be switching to Meineke from now on for any work I need on my car due to the superb work and friendliness.

Bought oil change thru Groupon, called to schedule an appointment, 3 weeks later. Zac was friendly, cordial and engaging with customers. Oil change took an hour. When finished, my driver seat was very wet. Zac said that snow fell from my door and into the seat. The wetness was all across the seat, and after I had completely removed snow from the pickup and had a car wash the day prior, I had driven the truck this day extensively and there was no snow or ice on my truck. And even so, it would have fallen down and not across the whole seats. Something was spilled, as it was puddling inside. So the hospitality was great, the price was phenomenal ($30 for full synthetic), the actual mechanic could have taken care of my vehicle better. Didn’t even bother to clean it up.

Very good communication. I’m about 10 days into driving my car (Subaru legacy2011) they repaired. Everything seems smooth and normal. They don’t pressure you to address things that aren’t immediately an issue, and the pricing is in line with other chains but with better service and communication. If you have a car that’s got some age/miles you want to keep on the road safely, I’d start here.

Today was the worst experience I have had at this location and will not return. I arrived around 3:10 For our 3:30 Oil change appointment. The vehicle was taken back between 3:20 to 3:30. Around 4:15 I became irritated that the oil change had been taking close to an hour. The front person showed up and asked if I needed something and I replied yes my car. He then informed me that the mechanic had not finished his inspection yet. I stated I brought the car in for an oil change, that is what they were hired to do. He said it was a service they offered I said fine but its not a service I requested. He said he would tell the mechanic to stop the inspection and yet they still haven't pulled the car out for another 30 minutes. I finally opened the door to the day and the hood was still up on my car and the mechanic was finally putting the oil cap back on. The front end service person was obviously irritated and very passive aggressive in his final behavior and actions. Don't take your care here unless you have plenty of time to waste

Very exceptional service from highly skilled receptionist and mechanics. I was in and out for a scheduled full service oil change. This location is absolutely stellar. The young female manager is the best sorry I didn’t get her name but she’s awesome and so is Zach the clerk! I recommend this location to everyone they are decent ppl and provide excellent auto service.
