ALWAYS TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! From the second they answered the phone through picking my car up was like going back in time when people were honest and cared about doing whats right. I took my van here a few years ago had great experience I had another break down and called them to see if they could fix told them my problems and the woman I spoke with told me bring it in so I scheduled for a tow truck to come and tow to the shop so I call to let them know it'll be there and talked to Paul on the phone and was told they did not want to work on it after I was told to bring it to the shop. I was told that even if I brought it to the shop they would spend no more than an hour on it

𝙃𝙊𝙉𝙀𝙎𝙏 A to Z 𝙍𝙀𝙑𝙄𝙀𝙒: FIRST AND FOREMOST, if you need repairs, just call! You'll be nicely surprised to be kindly met with honest pricing, answers to questions, and a quick appointment time. I've been in the industry 20 years, specializing in engine rebuilding. Chassis tuning is farmed out to suspension specialty shops. Since the shutdown, finding a capable shop has been difficult. I prefer fellow Mom-Pop-Shops. Many have closed. Recently I obtained a low-mileage VW 2.5 that runs like a rocket that's lost yaw control. Caster/Camber/Toe was all over the place and I felt every bump. It's easier on MPG than my Volvo 8 banger, so I wanted to keep it as a personal vehicle if fixable. I gave it a shot and threw a new front end at it. In pursuit of alignment, I came across Esterkamp's. From the first phone call through the end process, I could not have been happier! Everyone in the chain has been courteous, informative, and transparent on pricing. I dropped my car last night. I picked it up today. WOW! JUST WOW! Upon cashing out, the tech who worked on my car (Paul) asked if I had any questions and educated me on steps to keep up with the suspension. No upsell. No fear mongering or "we can only work with what we're given" excuses. The price was surprisingly 𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 than expected, based on both the initial quote and in comparison to big-box-stores. Also noteworthy is that I'm used to waiting weeks for an appointment, resulting in a 45 minute turnaround that rarely turns out well. These folks got me in pronto and spent a lot of time with my car, including a before and after test drive and a call from the Mechanic mid-process. The improvement in handling has exceeded my expectations! The car feels safe, fun, and highway worthy! She's a keeper and I I've found my new go-to shop! WIN/WIN! Thanks, Estercamp's, for restoring my faith in the integrity of the Mighty Wrench! I'll be back!
