This place is horrible! Place is a mess. Parking is hard to access. Most importantly, they don't treat their customers well. I was there for a engine light check. They said their diagnostic is $70. I don't know if that will find the problem, and I asked "what happened if you did not find anything?" They snapped and said they would not fix my car. WTF, what's wrong with these people!

Guy worked on my car few times.. dont know why this time was different but he turned me away because my car was ls swapped but he worked on it a few times before.. went smooth the first time i went but slowly got poorer after while.. guy acted as if he was off some type drug..

I've been there twice and both times I felt like they were trustworthy and fast. They were the only shop around that would take my car last minute and worked to fit me in. They call with updates as well and gave me the parts they could to reassure me that they had indeed replaced bad parts. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

STEER CLEAR of this place!! I brought my car for an electric seat problem, with the shop manual and all electric diagrams. Fine ("I know how to read an electric diagram" they said). They first told me that the wires were "backwards" (black for red and vice versa). They kept my car for one and a half years (!), calling it a "project car". They finally decided they couldn't fix the problem (synchronization of electric motors?), that I should take my car back and they wouldn't charge me (for what?). By the way, the counter/phone person is extremely rude. I took my car to another (competent) electrician, who fixed the problem in about two and a half hours...

Took my Chrysler 300 to get a new alternator. Staff was very nice and they did the work in a couple of hours at a great price. The mechanic even took a look at my Nissan Altima and fixed a bar that was hanging down for free! I would definitely recommend this place for your car trouble.

They told me $100 to check out my A/C. Cool. Called me and said it would be $297 to fix, cool. Then called the next day called saying it would be $800+!! Said that a part was broken, didn't replace it and still charged me $260 for labor although nothing was fixed. Said I needed that part plus another part. I ordered the parts and took it to another shop and was told the part that was broken was a "fresh break"🤔🤔. I didn't need the second part that they said I needed, it was a totally different part because the part that was broken was now stuck. So it seems they may have broken the part ("all speculation"), wanted to charge me for a more expensive part while replacing a cheaper part, or charge me for labor they caused. The other shop charged me $350 to install a new A/C compressor (which was not part of the quote with A Auto) and install the parts that A Auto wanted $800+ for and let me use my own parts. They probably would have charged me $1500 if I would have added the compressor to the bill at A Auto. STEER CLEAR of this place!! They confirmed why I dont trust most shops. The counter/phone person is extremely rude as well. It's like someone let their ol' lady have the job. Told the guy I was flipping out on the phone when I never raised my voice once. I was calm and collected.

I called in to ask for a price and time estimate for getting an alternator replaced in my car. As far as I could tell the answer was "drop your car off and we will get to it sometime that day or the next, but I can't tell you the price until they are ready to work on it." This system seems to make no sense as it would seem to make their business almost unusable. The woman that I spoke with on the phone explicitly communicated that she would not explain it to me after I revealed that I was so confused by the way that they do business that she is effectively telling me to not do business with them.

Terrible phone service today. The receptionist hung up on me twice without letting me explain my car problem thoroughly. I have used them twice in the past and they did a great job. I guess they have had enough of my business lol. Good luck. I hope she can do better for you! I am moving on.

I had a few places that was over estimating my car and my boyfriend suggested this place that he drives by everyday. When I say Dave and John are great they are awesome! I had my car towed there and they fixed it in a few hours and I was able to pay over the phone and pick up my car after hours! These guys are so great and awesome !!!!

The owner is a good guy I hate to leave this review but enough is enough. He has to remove his with from speaking to anyone my last time times I talked to the owner he fixed my car but his wife called me to come pick up my car. She explained it’s a holiday they closing early so I have to come in a pay or I won’t get my car till next week, and we don’t leave keys in the car her attitude made keep me away for like a year then I return there is his wife at the desk she didn’t want me to speak to her husband we are not accepting cars until next week ok I’ll bring it next week no sir you have to call next week why do I have to call I’m telling you right now I’ll bring it Friday I’m not sure if I’m taking cars next week he already has a big job ok have a good day I’ll take my business to someone else.
