I had an great experience with this location. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Alaz, advisor, is so informative about AAA memberships, I upgraded my membership because of him. He also is very good about explaining things and straight to the point. The techs Corey and Frank came out to speak to me personally about the condition of my car. You usually don't have the techs come and explain things. I really appreciate them and how they have helped me. This location is my go to.

Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Service had always been good, but I was used to walking into bad attitudes. New managers and service writers are super friendly and super helpful. They didn't try to over sell me and were very informative. They made sure I saved every penny. The floating manager Megan took amazing care of our service needs and the technician that worked on our van went out in sub freezing temps and quickly changed our auxiliary battery and terminal and got us back up and running... five stars across the board! I Went to another AAA location before this one and was given the run around and eventually told to go somewhere else. But if you are looking for quick efficient service worth its value, Look no further than AAA Bob Sumerel on Winton Rd. Ask for Megan!

Went in for 1 new tire, and they tried to talk me into 4 new tires, but I would only have to pay for 3 tires. They accommodate their waiting customers with coffee, hot chocolate, snacks, and a movie to watch while you wait. I found the staff to be very pleasant and the wait was nice.

Fantastic experience – my car battery died and could not be jumped to restart the vehicle. AAA had a tow truck to pick up my car within 20 minutes and Terrance was a courteous and extremely helpful driver. My son's car had a flat tire in a parking lot. The spare was low on air, the closest place we felt we could get to was the AAA on Winton. Jessica was awesome! It was close to closing time, she immediately assessed the tire situation, and said the tire was something they can easily repair- and she'll ask the tech to look at the spare too. Josh Lamb and his team used excellent deductive skills to find a tiny piece in my tire which was responsible for an immediate pressure lowering in my tire. They hung in there and didn’t stop until they found the problem. I was then offered a couple good solutions to choose from While all the time explaining to me what was going on in clear easy to understand language. Josh was professional, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. He made me feel like we were all on the same team! I will be taking my car back to him.

I needed to find a less expensive, but still convenient place for regular oil changes. Decided to give this location a try. (The coupon available on their website didn't hurt either) Made an appointment early in the week and showed up a good 15 minutes early. They had my car in the bay right away. Oil change and tire rotation was done. Everything was left clean> Really appreciated the digital inspection checklist made available to me. Coupon or not, I think I'll give them another go come next oil change.
