I've been driving Hondas and having them serviced a dealerships for decades. Three years ago, after several awful experiences at another local dealership I started getting service at Jeff Wyler Superior Honda. I only wish I'd made the change sooner. The service is so much better. The Service Advisors are knowledgeable, conscientious, and friendly (Thank you Erin!). I trust them to recommend only the services my car actually needs. This was my first time going to this dealership as I am not from Cincinnati, but live here now. I went in without an appointment and worked with Brendon. He was very friendly and a pleasant to work with. The issue with my vehicle was an easy fix and because he noticed I was from military, he didn’t charge me for the service that needed done. I used to go to kings Honda, but after this experience i will be going here to see Brendon. I highly recommend this dealership to help with any needs for your vehicle!

Erin was awesome. I needed my transmission and coolant fluids changed out and they gave my civic a full inspection which was great. They even sent me a video showing the underside of my car and how everything was looking. Very impressed with my servicing and they were very timely, too. My salesman Donshay was excellent. I told him what I needed in a vehicle and he quietly listened to my needs. Within 10 minutes he had chosen the perfect vehicle for me. I went into Jeff Wyler to get my regularly scheduled service done and was beyond satisfied with my visit. From the seamless process of scheduling my appointment down to the service advisor that assisted me throughout my entire visit I could not have been in better hands. My service advisor Brenden Flynn was wonderful. I had to get back to work on my laptop while my car was being serviced and he showed me the dedicated work station and helped me connect to the wifi. He ensured I was updated with the status of my car and just took awesome care of me. Not kidding, I have issues every time I’ve come here. Most recently, they scheduled my EV for service and I showed up and the person who works on EVs wasn’t scheduled that day, so I had to leave and come back the next day. Currently, I was told my car was ready, I came to pick it up and they said “who told you it’s ready, it’s not ready.” There’s more, but I doubt anyone is going to keep reading this far.

They used to be good but not anymore with new ownership. Got maintenance done and went to pick up vehicle and there's buzzing when I turn on my AC which didn't happen before I dropped it off. They wanted me to come back another day to look at it even though they should've check the car for any issues after the service and replacing a filter yet no one noticed until I got in my car at pick up. They wanted to charge me for $200 for labor to fix a motor held by 5 screws and replacement part for around $40. They found some trash in my car from the past few days (a mint wrapper from earlier that day) and blamed it as the issue. After doing work myself it turned out to be a tiny twig and there were no issues with the motor and took a whole 10 minutes rather than another full day without my car and more money out of my pocket.

Three days after I received new tires and alignment and an oil change the warning light on my dash for low tire pressure came on call three times still never heard from any service Representative. The receptionist answering the phone told me to just bring it down and they’ll look it over and not in a very friendly way. Not happy with the service I received at superior Honda.

He was a hardworking professional young man with great listening skills - he showed us vehicles meeting our “must have” criteria which saved lots of time.
