Do not go here if you want a fair price. I am a young female and the estimate he gave me was double what I received when I took my car somewhere else. He completely tried to take advantage of me.

Mr. Mueller is fabulous. I was visiting Cincinnati and my truck was groaning terribly. Based on his great reviews here and on Yelp, I went to Mueller’s Auto Service. Mr.Mueller is kind and professional. The only thing that was wrong was my truck needed some power steering fluid. He wouldn’t let me pay for his time or the power steering fluid. So. I’m leaving Mr. Mueller this fabulous review. And sending him some chocolate! If I lived in Cincinnati, I would have just found my permanent mechanic!

Bob was a man of few words, but very straightforward, honest, and kind. My car had been jostling up and down (something wrong with either the tires or the suspension or the alignment or something) and he diagnosed it right away (tread on one of the front tires was pulling away from the steel sheet inside) and had it fixed within a few hours. He could've easily charged me for an alignment (I even asked him to check the alignment on the car) but what he told me was, "I think you'll find that now that the front tires are replaced, you'll have no problems." He was right, and the whole thing was priced very reasonably. I definitely recommend him!

I can’t say enough good things about Mueller’s Auto! While on a road trip, we had problems with our engine overheating while passing through the Cincinnati area. We were trying to nurse the car to a nearby shop found on Google and actually passed Mueller‘s by chance on the way! We were initially told that he couldn’t squeeze us in, but he allowed us to sit in his parking lot for a while to waited for the engine to cool enough again. He ended up coming out to the parking lot anyway and helping us free of charge! He made sure that the coolant was reaching the engine again and provided us with more to bring with us if we had any more issues on our trip. He was also very knowledgeable about the common issues with the make and model we drive! Very impressed and very thankful. Good, honest people still exist in the world!

I just tried to call this place and ask for a simple quote on a serpentine belt, alternator, and spark plugs. The guy answering told me he was busy at first, I politely asked if I should call back later, he then asked what I needed. He gave me a price off the top of his head, and then I asked if they do replacements if I bring the parts (a common question because some shops do and some don't). He proceeded to rudely ask me if I take a hamburger or a hot dog (made no sense) and then told me not to ask stupid questions. I've never heard somebody be this rude over the phone and I'm shocked how they would still be in business talking to potential customers like that. I would never trust my car with people like that.
