I dropped off my vehicle on Monday to have them fix a small chip that the service department did and told them how I love my car and i am very particular. I had to call them 4 days later to find out what was going on with my car to find out it would be done that day. I picked up my car to find they had 3 HUGE paint runs in the fender, clear overspray on my headlight and under neath the hood. Then the service advisor said to me after showing him the runs, I didn’t see those when I looked at the car and I saw 3 car lengths away from the car.

Scheduled an appointment with the bodyshop for an estimate staff member acted clueless did not help at all even showed proof of the confirmation of the appointment. Don’t recommend if you cant get an appointment right I highly doubt the work done on the car would be done right.

This was a very bad experience. For starters I hit a deer within 2 weeks of getting my car back in the beginning of November which sucks. Then it wasn't their fault but I had to wait a month and a half to get the initial parts then they tore it down had to get more parts which is fine two more weeks then all the sudden they're missing one main part so another 3 weeks then I'm waiting in line for cleanup for 4 days. Never going back

I was in an accident and decided to go with Superior since I have a Hyundai and preferred to deal with a Hyundai dealer body shop. The whole experience has gone pretty smooth. When I picked up my car it was washed and the inside was also vacuumed and wiped down which I greatly appreciated. Also when I got home I realized my remote start wasn't working, so I called Rob, the guy who has been dealing with my insurance claim and he assured me it would be taken care of and offered a rental if it wasn't fixed in a timely manner. So far so good!

Very disappointed in their customer service. My 3 month old car was involved in an accident and I took my car to have the repairs completed there because I purchased my car from Superior Kia. I am very happy with the work that was completed but I had received a call that the repairs were completed and it was ready to be picked up. When the employee handed the car off to me I was completely appalled at the condition of the inside of my car. It was covered in white dust (black interior) from the work being done to it. When I brought it to the employees attention he said “ we don’t do detailing” and “we are short staffed” . Wow.... I was not asking for my car to be detailed.... I only wanted the mess you made cleaned up. I expected that a Dealership body shop would have done a better job! I just received a response below stating that they have now detailed my car and apologized.... that is INCORRECT.... I have not brought my car back since I picked it up. I have not had a way to drop it off and pick it back up.

One month. That’s how long we’ve been without a car now. Minor accident happened 11/28. Couldn’t find anywhere to take it for quite some time due to the holiday rush. We finally found a place, this place. Receptionist would not give us instructions/protocol for the tow until the third time we called. Finally get it towed there on 12/15. We called every day until the 22nd because we needed to fill out insurance papers and work authorization… because this is apparently not a thing they do online?? Every day we were told our technician, PJ, was too busy to talk to us and that she’d leave a message. Finally on the 22nd we went in physically. PJ claimed ignorance, which may in fact be true after seeing the other reviews about the receptionist’s reliability. Our car was there for over a week, no one was aware of it, nothing had been logged, no communication received. The work that needs to be done should take “a day at most” according to the adjuster from geico. Once we signed the papers they told us it would be another week. Now, i assume they are closed on the 25th, and clearly they have so many cars to work on it’s bordering on impossible, but this will be over 2 weeks they’ve had the car just to fix minor undercarriage damage. Who knows how long it would have been if we hadn’t driven an hour (round trip) to go there physically. I assume their quote will be way off for when they’ll finish, and I’m terrified they’re going to do a poor job when they do get to it. This location needs help or at the very least a better receptionist. Avoid them if possible…

I personally had many issues with this place. The communication is terrible and I had to take my car back three times after the initial repair to fix the items they failed to fix or clean. Several part of my car was damage and my car was return each time not buffed or waxed. Each time my car was not returned on the anticipated date. My initial repair was 3 days took 9 days and the second repair was two days took about two weeks. The other repairs in between was the buff and wax the from the initial and second repair. I would not take your car here for repair because they only care about volume and not quality. I read the reviews prior and assumed it would be great. NOPE. They make excuses and to top it off the cashier almost tried to get me to pay my deductible again for a supplement repair that should have been done the first time. If you chose to take your car here. Check everything on your car as they do not check it at all.

Tom (interim manager) was so professional and amazing today! He helped me with a small rock chip, and in my opinion went above and beyond. The service Acura and it's employees bring to the table will have me coming back to buy a Acura year after year. Thank you Tom for a superior experience, I've come to expect from Acura/Jeff Wyler.

I picked up my car after it being in the shop for a month. Within minutes my car completely died pulling out of the kroger parking lot with all of my groceries. I almost hit a car as my car rolled putting myself and others in danger. I had to have my car towed back over there and they said I needed a whole new battery put in. I can not fathom how you could have someone’s vehicle for a month and not know this. Any mechanic you talk to will say the battery is the first thing they check on a vehicle when it’s brought in. Did they kill the battery while working on it? Why would they send me away with an unsafe vehicle? I then called to try to pay for the battery over the phone because of my work schedule and was told I should just come in because it would be a 10-15 minute fix. After getting an uber down there I was sent all around from body shop to parts to service back to the shop. There wasn’t a balance ready for me to pay or someone to put my battery in. What I was told would be 10-15 minutes took over an hour. I should have known this place would be a mess after the salesman took my spare keys home when he sold me the car and had to drop them off at my home. Incompetence all around. I can’t wait to not own a kia.

If you have not read the other reviews, you'll probably be sorry. This place is as bad as the rest of the Wyler operation. You'll be weeks without a vehicle and will be told constantly that it will always be tomorrow. They will call you right back - never. In the end the window on the replaced door does not roll up. The inside door panel isn't even attached to the actual door and can be pulled off with a pinky. When I called to ask about what to do, the receptionist said bring it in. I tried asking about times again and as I was speaking, she snarled bring it in and hung up. I will NEVER buy anything from Wyler but I will also never buy another Honda. Honda should have real dealerships. Wyler owes me thousands of dollars for a repair that was not completed and there's no one talk to.

Repairs came out fine. However, the repair time was not. The accident did happen around the holidays so I did consider that delaying my repairs but I was not expecting it to take 7 weeks to fix my car. The initial estimated repair time was only 5 days according to my insurance. I was told the shop received some broken/wrong parts which also led to a longer wait time. The shop is not the best at communicating. If you want updates, you have to call them yourself. I called every week to see if my car would be ready. I was told it would be ready at the end of the week just to have it pushed back to another week.

My experience was horrible with this auto shop! I had a minor fender bender and was recommended this auto shop from Jeff Wyler Honda on Colerain. I’ve always experienced top notch service from my home dealership so I figured ok, why not? If you have not read the reviews you will be without your car for over a month without any UPDATES. I had to call them several times for updates. They were waiting for “3 weeks” for car parts then after I was always told my car would be ready for pickup on Wednesday! Well, 2-3 Wednesday's passed and still my car wasn’t ready. However, they never called to inform me that my car wasn’t ready on those Wednesday’s. I had to call them! I was coming down to my last days in my rental car and I just wanted answers, so I had to come down and speak to a representative in person to figure out what was going on. After that I got my car back within 2-3 days. This whole ordeal was so stressful and nerve wrecking. Only after I went to the shop in person, I began receiving updates. Bottom line is don’t send your car here unless you’re ok going WEEKS w/o you car, and you prefer no COMMUNICATION! Please read the reviews! My car was sent to them June 24th and I didn’t get it back until August 2nd. 😐

I would not recommend this body shop. They do not communicate with the customer about their process of repairing the vehicle. I took my 23 Kia forte due to an accident I had. I had a hole in the rear quarter panel that I claimed on insurance to repair. I also had previous scratches from people dinging my car in various parking lots. Insurance would only cover the hole due to the accident I had. I expressed my concern about the scratches and even said I would like to see if insurance would cover it. But if not I would pay myself. They contacted my insurance and of course they denied it, but instead of contacting me, the customer about if I wanted to pay out of pocket to buff the scratches, they completely disregarded them and didn't touch them. They did do a good job of repairing the hole, but left my car with scratches all down the side. Needless to say communication is awful between the shop and customer. I now have to take the car to a different body shop to buff out the scratches since they failed to do so. Disappointed and will never return

I'd had good service from them in the past but not sure about using them again in the future. Car was supposed to be ready yesterday but they called to say they forgot about a needed part and so it wasn't ordered and wasn't on the estimate. Basically we need to pay more now. We needed the car back though, so we were to get it back until the part was received. But when we arrived it was locked behind the fence and nobody on the premises had the key. Lucky one of the guys in the service shop was still there and was able to call around to get it unlocked. Tried calling today to find out about the part but nobody has returned my call - apparently the guy left early without telling anyone.

Had my Veloster there for a recall for more than a year and I just got a notice from a tow company through the mail that they had towed my vehicle. Don’t come here, you’ll wait a long time then get your car towed without this dealer telling you anything.

Car was broken into and went here for repairs. Window was replaced but can no longer open without a loud scraping noise. Front airbag sensor wasnt reinstalled, told that they would get the part to fix it but never got around to calling me back. Had my car for a month, and had asked them to do some additional work such as an oil change and brake replacement and they never passed that info along to the shop. Staff is generally rude and condescending. Ridiculous pricing, especially for a dealarship. Will not be returning.

The front desk employee exhibited rudeness and racism towards me. Despite my attempts to explain my presence, she treated me inappropriately in front of my children. Her behavior is unprofessional and does not reflect the standards of a customer service representative.

Taking legal action. Kept pushing back repairs. The estimator would not respond to calls until I had insurance call her. When I showed up in person I waited ten+ minutes while she swiped social media with coworkers despite myself and the receptionist attempting to get her attention. I paid 1300 out of pocket to get a scratch repaired. The scratch remains. It took three days to reset my auto start/stop which should have been done when my vehicle was put back together. The silver detailing on my van is massively gauged with scratches. But hey at least it got put back on after I complained.

My Honda fit had a recall on the paint and was under an extended warranty because it peeled off at the slightest touch, and Amanda at Jeff Wyler helped me put in a warranty claim with Honda to get my car re-painted. The claim went through and they got me scheduled to fix my car without a hitch! I am so thankful for Jeff Wyler because this is going to extend the life of my car now that the paint isn’t rusting out or peeling off just in time for the winter. Amanda had excellent communication and the work was done faster than I expected especially considering the holidays. Thanks for a great experience happy to have my car back in top shape! Will be recommending!

I came in over a month and a half for a repair to my 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy. I paid half of the cost of the repair up front. I called every week checking to see if my part came in. The receptionist told me each time.... No it's not in. Then I come back 2 weeks later and I call again. This time it's... uh hold please. Long story short, I speak to the Manager, Jerry, who informs me that for some reason my part order was canceled. They never thought to check on my order. However, they've had my money for over a month. If I had continued to call I'd still be waiting. Today, I checked to see if my part was in. Per Jerry it is here. For my inconvenience I asked if they have a loaner car. Jerry quickly said....No we don't do that. When I think of customer service........ I'm truly experiencing CUSTOMER DIS SERVICE. I will be calling the manufacturer to report my experiences.
