I've been getting services from Citizens Choice for some time now . I have to say it has been a positive experience for me . Sometimes I even learn a little bit from the mobile mechanic based on things I can do myself like recharging the AC . The mobile mechanic is very knowledgeable and kind , I appreciate them coming out and helping me with my car.

Our trailer tire blew on Highway 25 in RadiumSprings on a Sunday . Citizens answered on the 1st ring . Researched our tire , located one , quoted us & arrived on site with in 45 minutes. Jermel swapped out our blown tire and got us on the road again. He was helpful quick & friendly even in 105°!

J was on it! He came out promptly when I called. I had just done a brake job on my travel trailer and when testing the brakes, while the trailer was stationary, they did not appear to work. J tested everything and confirmed power was getting to the brakes. He surmised that the brakes may not work when the trailer is not in motion. Turns out he was right. The brake controller I have does not engage unless the trailer is in motion. Thanks J!

Highly recommend this guy for his knowledge and service with a reasonable price! I was in a bind with a dead battery and bad sensor with a screaming fan thinking the engine was overheating, he jumped me and followed me to my mechanics and waited until they could get the job done. Was willing to stay and further help making sure I had a working vehicle by getting the parts and doing it himself! Thanks for your service and I will recommend you to all my friends as well as hood on to your card if anything happens again!
