I took my truck in after work to fix an issue with the manual transmission. They told me they would look into it and let me know. I was expecting it to take a few days like other shops but I got a call the next morning letting me know that they knew what it was and they could have it repaired and ready that day. Not only that, the price was reasonable, the staff are very friendly, honest and work to give you the best service they can. It's been a few weeks now and I've had no issues. The only complaint I have is that they are not open on the weekends. Other than that, definitely earned 5 stars. I will be taking all my cars here from now on.

The folks at Citywide are the "real deal". I needed to find a new auto mechanic that I could trust after moving further north in OC. Checked out Citywide on Yelp and thought I'd give them a try. I have now had 3 of my family's cars serviced there and am absolutely delighted! They are honest, know what they are doing, are excellent mechanics, and have fair prices. I have had oil changes, major tune up, brake lines flushed (manufacturer recommended service), 4 new tires mounted and balanced, as well as 4 wheel computer alignment (one of their specialties). Also had 1 car in need of some significant repairs which we chose not to do as the car was old and we're going to just sell it for parts. They were very understanding (and agreed!). This will be the place I take my cars for service moving forward.

I took my car here after an issue that arose after having work performed at a different repair shop, and after the problem was not correctly diagnosed by a second shop. I had a great feeling about Citywide after speaking to the man working when I dropped it off. They did not disappoint: they correctly diagnosed and repaired the car all in the same day, for a reasonable price. They also investigated the tire light that was on that I was told before was “probably just a bad sensor” and located a nail in my tire, which they patched up for me and now the light is gone. I’ve had many bad auto repair experiences in the past, but these guys are a breath of fresh air. Very nice people who do awesome work. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Bruce, the owner is an honest helpful guy. Very rare to find in a car repair shop! I'm a full time Uber driver and Bruce has worked on my car many times. He is fast and keeps the costs down wherever he can. His guys Jr. and Edwin are friendly and helpful as well. I recommend Citywide!

Found Citywide on Google with good reviews so I thought I'd try it. Bruce and his team are awesome, honest and quality work. I recently bought a used car that needed some TLC to get back in shape. Bruce took the time to look at vehicle and make recommendations. What is the best part was Ford dealership said it needed a lot more work. Bruce fixed what wad needed not what just cost money. Hard to find an honest mechanic, so this a gem. Can't say enough good things.

Bruce is the man !!! Took my 68 Camaro in because it was wandering a little bit. He found a few loose bolts and did an alignment. Wow !! Different car ! Not very often when you see the owner out working in the shop. I would highly recommend these guys. Super friendly and fast. Price was great too !

I got an alignment here a few weeks ago for a great price, but when I picked up my car I noticed my steering wheel still wasn't centered when driving straight. I called and let them know, and they were very nice and understanding. They said they would check the alignment and recenter the steering wheel free of charge. My boyfriend dropped my car off and when he came back he said they did multiple test drives with different people checking the alignment. My car is driving perfectly now. I really appreciate that they did not give me any issues when I asked for them to check the alignment again and put in the extra effort to make sure my alignment was correct. I will definitely be coming back here.

DO NOT TRUST BRUCE TO BE A FAIR BUSINESS MAN!!! Bruce installed an engine in my son’s car. He put the WRONG ENGINE in the car, admitted it and refused to refund my son’s money for the engine that he paid for. We tried to politely negotiate getting the money back and he refused. What type of man does something like that to someone!
