Coming to tire choice, was the right choice. The service was excellent and I felt like they really took care of me. Best service I have ever received at a tire shop/auto shop. I had the great opportunity to be helped by Henry Perez, he was straight forward, fast and knew exactly what I needed. He was friendly, had good conversation while I waited and everything was done right, the first time. I highly recommend this tire shop. Best of all, this was my company fleet vehicle and I was on the job. Their speedy and accurate service helped me get right back on duty In a timely manner which my security company greatly appreciated. Also, I'd like to thank the mechanic, Johnny, who worked on the vehicle. He worked fast and made sure the job was done right, the first time.

I came in on a Monday morning to get my tire patched up and was told it would take 30-45 minutes. The staff there were working on a bunch of other cars so I figured the wait time would be longer. They ended up finishing in less than 30 minutes. Nice! George made my experience here smooth and efficient. Thank you! My wife and I were on a recent road trip from Michigan out to Disneyland in Anaheim, CA. Coming downhill at Tejon Pass on I-5 on a Friday afternoon I noticed my front end shimmying when applying the brakes, which would indicate a problem with the brake rotors and brake pads. The day after our arrival in Anaheim I did a Google search, and based on the many positive reviews I decided to contact Tirechoice Auto Service Center in nearby Orange, CA and spoke to the manager Kevin Do. It was a few minutes from our hotel and Kevin got me in right away. He verified the problem, replaced the front rotors (which were out of spec and couldn’t be turned), along with new brake pads, as well as an oil change which I also requested. From arrival to departure the wait time was surprisingly only two hours, and the price was very reasonable, considering the work and parts that were needed. The customer service from Kevin and his team definitely exceeded my expectations. So if you’re local or traveling and need tire, brake or suspension services, Kevin’s shop is the place to go. Thanks again Kevin!

I normally do not take the time to post reviews, but the service was so terrible that i felt the need to share my experience. I will never work with this business, or recommend them to anyone in the future. I had an emergency ( tire blew out) driving home from work. We pulled over at the local tire shop, and was immediately advised that because they close in 20-25 minutes they could not assist us. There was no one esle at the shop, and I explained that the tire was not safe to drive on and asked if there was any way to pay extra for the inconvenience. We were advised that they cannot assist, and were left stuck in the parking lot.

I took my car here thinking there was a nail on my tire at least that what I was told by my Range Rover dealership. The dealership wanted me to buy a new tire from them as they don’t repair tires. I refused to buy one from them as my tire is still new. So I decided to take my car to Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Orange. Shaun was the manager in charged and showed me that there was no nail on my tire. He doubled check with his employee Andrew just to make sure. To make the story short, I didn’t need to repair my tire. The caused of low tire pressure light notification was because I was traveling all the time and my car just sits in the garage. Thank you Shaun for your honesty. This is the place where I would take my car for service whenever I need to.

My wife had a flat tire going to choc. Call couple places but when I called tire choice, Shaun was able to answer my questions and got a tire that was not in stock. I visited Tire Choice in Orange on 9 August 2024 after having a radiation treatment for cancer at UCI MC. I stopped because my tire monitoring system was reporting that my tires were over-inflated. I spoke with the manager (whose name I forgot to write down), and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me, adjusting the air pressure in all of my tires. I offered to pay him for his time, but he refused. It was an act of kindness and decency, and reflects so very positively on this store and on Tire Choice.

This is a horrendous place. If you’re considering doing anything to your car, go to places that respect your time. I had an appointment scheduled 4 days in advance and had to wake up early to bring my car in to find out they are “short staffed” but never bothered calling me to cancel my appointment. Staff are rude!!! Ralph and Shaun. I can see how this place is going down.

Came here for a Groupon oil change, was right on time for my appointment at 11:00 (yes, they require an appointment, you can’t just drive in), but waited an hour before they even drove it in to a bay. Then it sat in the bay for 15 minutes. Didn’t get out until 2:00. “Extras” amounted to an additional $18. I would not come back for an oil change, Valvoline or Jiffy faster (15-20 minutes) and slightly less. Maybe Trusted Goodyear is better with repairs and tires... Lastly, I’ve got a temporary disability and they were parking cars to be serviced in the handicapped spot....overall a negative experience.

Needed my tire pressure checked and called to see how much it would be. It was no charge and he told me to come in when convenient. Andrew (I hope I have that correct) told me my tires had seen better days. And although I planned on getting new tires at my regular service spot soon, I really appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured or fear mongered into getting new ones immediately. He gave me quotes for different tires and said just call if I was interested. Great customer service and I’m glad I got them there

This place is the best in the West! Oil changes here take about 45 min to an hour to complete, as they should since they let ALL the oil drain out. Unlike some of their competitors that do oil changes in 20 min. Customer service was great, I'll definitely be back for my next service. Thank you Henry you're the best!

Man, these guys are life savers!!! Came in with a fat nail in my front tire. Dudes got me in and out in about 30 min. I know I need new tires but I’ll tell you what. At no point did they try to up-sale me or guilt trip me into getting new tires on the spot. Did recommend it but never felt pressured. Thanks guys!!!!

I needed an alignment on my Jeep Wrangler desperately. I arrived a little earlier than what they had told me to come in at which was 9 AM, I arrived at 8:30am and was back on the road by 9:30am! I had a huge nail in my front tire and I took my car here and they were able to patch my tire quickly and efficiently. I’m a single mom and had to take my newborn with me so I appreciate the quickness they fixed my tire. Now my car drives like I just put on a brand tire.
