We signed up for a unit here recently, and when they failed to include instructions for access into our unit we tried to contact the office. After many attempts to call, we were sent to an automated message saying that their line had been disconnected. We then attempted to access their website and got a notification that their website was down. At this point something didn’t seem right so we decided to cancel our unit and go with another storage company. After four emails that have fallen on deaf ears and blind eyes, they have yet to contact us back. In order to really appreciate how terrible their customer service is, we decided to attempt to resolve all of these problems in person. We arrived at the Terminal Road office to find that there’s no property manager on site, and that we had to drive to their other location to speak with a representative. We drove a couple miles down the road to their other office. We arrived to find a locked office with the lights off. Again, we tried to call and it went straight to voicemail. We arrived at 940 am and their hours state they open at 9 am. Also, we noticed that the main gate was wide open, so they clearly aren’t concerned with their security. Overall a very disappointing experience. It appears that whatever scam they’re running here isn’t well thought out.

This location just recently had an ownership change.
We have several units there, and Stephanie has done an amazing job at taking on our account, as well as a very quick response time when we have needed help. I would highly recommend these storage units to anyone searching for somewhere to store their belongings. There have been several times that I've had to leave voicemails for them, and Stephanie response time is amazing. Very happy with our service, and will continue to do business with them as long as Stephanie is in the office!

Decent prices, no bugs or pests on the unit I was renting. Even though nobody works at the desk, it was pretty easy to get a storage unit and make the payments online. They have new management and they seem to be making a turn in the right direction!

The only thing I had an issue with was the code. The code wouldn’t work for around 3 hours when it said up to a few minutes. (I’m also not very familiar with these kinds of things anyways.) We called the store manager and she got it taken care of for us at her earliest convenience. She was very sweet. For that, I give 5 stars.

Highly would not recommend, they let people come and raid your storage and refused to help. They were informed that people were breaking locks off units and taking things out of them and refuse to warn the customers that keep their belongings there. My unit has always been locked. Someone cracked the lock broke into my storage and stole all my tennis shoes. The storage manager refused to help me with the police report or to help me at all. Highly do not recommend.

We had 2 climate controlled units. We were not totally happy when we first rented it because it was extremely hot and humid but after what seemed like a management change it was a little better. I will say that do take security seriously. The building was well maintained.

I rented a unit a couple of weeks ago, an indoor climate controlled unit. The rental process was easy, but right after I finished moving everything in, I saw this giant roach crawl out of the unit next door to me. I immediately went and got roach traps and put them out, and the next day, when I went back to check them, they did have roaches in the trap.
I called multiple times trying to get ahold of the office staff to resolve this issue, and I received no answer to my phone calls until September 2nd. This person stated they were not the manager, but the manager would call me back at 9:30 the next morning (9/3) as the manager was only there during business hours. At no point this week did I receive any sort of contact from anyone.
I am waiting for my apartment to be remodeled, so the majority of my belongings are in this storage unit. I now have to pay for pest control, and I have not gotten even an apology from them, only that they won't be doing pest control while we are there nor will they reimburse me for the pest control I now have to pay for, or give me any sort of discount or refund for the unit.
I would highly recommend them if you are okay with roaches! The rental process was super easy and the access hours are awesome (6am to 10pm) but unfortunately the lack of pest control and response time to issues is horrific.
